目的 觀察固腸止瀉丸聯(lián)合復(fù)方谷氨酰胺腸溶膠囊治療潰瘍性結(jié)腸炎的臨床療效。方法 選取2014年1月—2015年1月鄂州市中醫(yī)醫(yī)院消化科收治的潰瘍性結(jié)腸炎患者140例,隨機(jī)分為對照組和治療組,每組各70例。對照組患者飯前口服復(fù)方谷氨酰胺腸溶膠囊,3粒/次,3次/d。治療組在對照組治療基礎(chǔ)上口服固腸止瀉丸,4 g/次,3次/d。兩組均連續(xù)治療6周。觀察兩組的臨床療效,同時比較兩組疾病活動指數(shù)(DAI)、治愈時間和不良反應(yīng)發(fā)生情況。結(jié)果 治療后,兩組癥狀療效總有效率分別為74.29%、92.86%,兩組比較差異具有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P<0.05)。兩組內(nèi)鏡療效總有效率分別為70.0%、90.0%,兩組比較差異具有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P<0.05)。治療后,兩組DAI評分均顯著降低,同組治療前后差異具有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P<0.05),且治療后治療組DAI評分的降低程度優(yōu)于對照組,兩組比較差異具有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P<0.05)。治療組的治愈時間顯著短于對照組;對照組和治療組的不良反應(yīng)發(fā)生率分別為18.57%、7.14%,兩組比較差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P<0.05)。結(jié)論 固腸止瀉丸聯(lián)合復(fù)方谷氨酰胺腸溶膠囊治療潰瘍性結(jié)腸炎具有較好的臨床效果,且不良反應(yīng)發(fā)生率較低,治愈時間短,具有一定的臨床推廣應(yīng)用價值。

Objective To observe clinical curative effect of Guchang Zhixie Pills combined with Compound Glutamin Entersoluble Capsules in treatment of ulcerative colitis. Methods Patients (140 cases) with ulcerative colitis in Department of Internal Medicine of Ezhou Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2014 to January 2015 were randomly divided into control and treatment groups, and each group had 70 cases. The patients in the control group were po administered with Compound Glutamin Entersoluble Capsules, 3 grains/time, three times daily. The patients in the treatment group were po administered with Guchang Zhixie Pills on the basis of control group, 4 g/time, three times daily. The patients in two groups were treated for 6 weeks. After treatment, the clinical efficacies were evaluated, and disease activity index (DAI), the cure time and adverse reactions in two groups were compared. Results After treatment, the efficacy of clinical symptoms in the control and treatment groups were 74.29% and 92.86%, respectively, and there were differences between two groups (P< 0.05). The endoscopic efficacy in the control and treatment groups were 70.0% and 90.0%, respectively, and there were differences between two groups (P< 0.05). After treatment, DAI score in two groups were significantly decreased, and the difference was statistically significant in the same group (P< 0.05). After treatment, lower degree of DAI score in the treatment group was significantly better than that in the control group, with significant difference between two groups (P< 0.05). The cure time in the treatment group was significantly shorter than that in the control group, and the incidence of adverse reactions in control and treatment groups were 18.57% and 7.14%, respectively, and there were differences between two groups (P< 0.05). Conclusion Guchang Zhixie Pills combined with Compound Glutamin Entersoluble Capsules has clinical curative effect in treatment of ulcerative colitis, and has a lower incidence of adverse reactions, also can shorten the cure time, which has a certain clinical application value.
