[摘要]
目的 探討牛痘疫苗致炎兔皮提取物注射液聯(lián)合甲鈷胺治療化療所致周?chē)窠?jīng)病變的臨床療效。方法 選取常熟市第一人民醫(yī)院2013年2月-2015年3月收治的周?chē)窠?jīng)病變患者146例,隨機(jī)分為對(duì)照組和治療組,每組各73例。對(duì)照組im甲鈷胺注射液0.5 mg/次,1次/d;治療組在對(duì)照組的基礎(chǔ)上靜脈滴注牛痘疫苗致炎兔皮提取物注射液,7.2 U溶于250 mL生理鹽水中,1次/d。兩組患者均持續(xù)治療2周。觀察兩組患者臨床療效,比較治療前和治療1周、2周后兩組的神經(jīng)傳導(dǎo)速度和VAS評(píng)分的變化。結(jié)果 治療后,對(duì)照組和治療組總有效率分別為58.90%、89.04%,兩組比較差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P<0.05)。治療1周后,兩組患者感覺(jué)神經(jīng)和運(yùn)動(dòng)神經(jīng)傳導(dǎo)速度均得到改善,兩組比較差異具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P<0.05)。治療2周后,兩組患者感覺(jué)神經(jīng)和運(yùn)動(dòng)神經(jīng)傳導(dǎo)速度均較治療前顯著改善,治療組和同組治療1周后、對(duì)照組比較差異具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P<0.05)。治療1周后,兩組患者的VAS評(píng)分均低于治療前,兩組比較差異具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P<0.05)。治療2周后,兩組患者的VAS評(píng)分均較治療前顯著降低,治療組和同組治療1周后、對(duì)照組相比差異具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P<0.05)。結(jié)論 牛痘疫苗致炎兔皮提取物注射液聯(lián)合甲鈷胺治療化療所致周?chē)窠?jīng)病變的臨床療效較好,可顯著改善患者的神經(jīng)傳導(dǎo)速度,提高生活質(zhì)量,安全性較高,具有一定的臨床推廣應(yīng)用價(jià)值。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of extracts injection from rabbit skin inflamed by vaccinia virus combined with mecobalamine in treatment of chemotherapy-induced peripheral neuropathy.Methods Patients (146 cases) with peripheral neuropathy in Changshu No.1 People's Hospital from February 2013 to March 2015 were divided into control and treatment groups, and each group had 73 cases. The patients in the control group were im administered with Mecobalamin Injection, 0.5 mg/time, once daily. The patients in the treatment group were iv administered with rabbit skin inflamed by vaccinia virus, 7.2 U added into 250 mL normal saline, once daily. The patients in two groups were treated for two weeks. The clinical efficacies in two groups were observed, and the changes of nerve conduction velocity and VAS scores were compared.Results After treatment, the clinical efficacies in the control and treatment groups were 58.90% and 89.04%, respectively, and there was difference between groups (P<0.05). After one week of treatment, sensory nerve conduction velocity and motor nerve conduction velocity in two groups were both improved, and there were differences between two groups (P < 0.05). After two weeks of treatment, sensory nerve conduction velocity and motor nerve conduction velocity were better than those before treatment, and there were differences between two groups (P < 0.05). After one week of treatment, VAS scores in two groups were lower than those before treatment, and there were differences between two groups (P < 0.05). After two weeks of treatment, VAS scores in two groups were lower than those before treatment, and there were differences between two groups (P < 0.05).Conclusion Extracts injection from rabbit skin inflamed by vaccinia virus combined with mecobalamine has clinical curative effect in treatment of chemotherapy-induced peripheral neuropathy, and can significantly improve nerve conduction velocity and improve the quality of life with high safety, which has a certain clinical application value.
