目的 探討寧泌泰膠囊聯(lián)合帕珠沙星治療泌尿系統(tǒng)感染的臨床療效。方法 選取2015年1月-2016年1月黃梅縣中醫(yī)醫(yī)院收治的泌尿系統(tǒng)感染患者112例,按照治療方法的差別分成對照組和治療組,每組各56例。對照組靜脈滴注注射用甲磺酸帕珠沙星,0.3 g加入250 mL生理鹽水,2次/d。治療組在對照組治療的基礎(chǔ)上口服寧泌泰膠囊,4粒/次,3次/d。兩組均連續(xù)治療2周。觀察兩組的臨床療效,同時比較兩組患者癥狀緩解時間、消失時間及尿常規(guī)恢復時間;比較兩組治療前后尿細菌學的變化情況。結(jié)果 治療后,對照組和治療組的總有效率分別為82.14%、94.64%,兩組比較差異有統(tǒng)計學意義(P<0.05)。治療后,治療組患者臨床癥狀緩解時間、癥狀消失時間和尿常規(guī)恢復時間均顯著短于對照組,兩組比較差異具有統(tǒng)計學意義(P<0.05)。治療后,兩組患者尿白細胞鏡檢、尿細菌培養(yǎng)均較治療前顯著降低,同組治療前后差異有統(tǒng)計學意義(P<0.05);治療后治療組這些指標的改善程度優(yōu)于對照組,兩組比較差異有統(tǒng)計學意義(P<0.05)。結(jié)論 寧泌泰膠囊聯(lián)合帕珠沙星治療泌尿系統(tǒng)感染具有較好的臨床療效,可明顯縮短臨床癥狀改善時間,降低尿白細胞鏡檢和尿培養(yǎng)細菌數(shù)量,具有一定的臨床推廣應用價值。

Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of Ningmitai capsules combined with pazufloxacin in treatment of urinary tract infection.Methods Patients (112 cases) with urinary tract infection in Huangmei County Hospital of TCM from January 2015 to January 2016 were enrolled in this study. According to the different treatment plans, patients were divided into control group and treatment group, and each group had 56 cases. The patients in the control group were iv administered with Pazufloxacin Mesylate for injection, 0.3 g added into normal saline 250 mL, once daily. The patients in the treatment group were poadministered with Ningmitai Capsules on the basis of control group, 4 grains/time, three times daily. The patients in two groups were treated for 2 weeks. After treatment, the clinical efficacies were evaluated, and the symptoms relief time, disappearing time and routine urine recovery time in two groups were compared. The changes of urinary bacteriology in two groups before and after the treatment were compared.Results After treatment, the efficacies in the control and treatment groups were 82.14% and 94.64%, respectively, and there were differences between two groups (P < 0.05). After treatment, the symptoms relief time, disappearing time and routine urine recovery time in treatment group were significantly shorter than those in the control group, with significant difference between two groups (P < 0.05). After treatment, urinary leukocyte microscopy and urine bacteria culture in two groups were significantly decreased, and the difference was statistically significant in the same group (P < 0.05). After treatment, the observational indexes in the treatment group were significantly better than those in the control group, with significant difference between two groups (P < 0.05).Conclusion Ningmitai capsules combined with pazufloxacin has clinical curative effect in treatment of urinary tract infection, and can obviously shorten the improved time of clinical symptoms, also can reduce microscopic examination of the urine leukocyte and urine culture bacteria, which has a certain clinical application value.
