目的 探討腎復(fù)康膠囊聯(lián)合注射用阿魏酸鈉治療慢性腎小球腎炎的臨床療效。方法 選取2015年1月-2016年1月在成都新華醫(yī)院腎內(nèi)科接受治療的72例慢性腎小球腎炎患者,采用計算機(jī)法隨機(jī)分為對照組和治療組,每組各36例。對照組靜脈滴注注射用阿魏酸鈉,0.3 g加入到5%葡萄糖注射液250 mL中,1次/d。治療組在對照基礎(chǔ)上口服腎復(fù)康膠囊,1.5 g/次,3次/d。兩組患者均連續(xù)治療1個月。觀察兩組患者的臨床療效,比較兩組治療前后血肌酐(Scr)、血尿素氮(BUN)、24 h尿蛋白量(24 h Upro)、紅細(xì)胞(RBC)、β2-MG以及血清中組織型纖溶酶原激活劑(t-PA)、纖溶酶原激活抑制物-1(PAI-1)水平。結(jié)果 治療后,對照組、治療組的總有效率分別為77.78%、94.44%,兩組總有效率比較差異具有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P<0.05)。治療后,兩組患者Scr、BUN、24 h Upro、RBC、β2-MG均較治療前明顯降低,同組治療前后差異具有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P<0.05);且治療組這些觀察指標(biāo)的降低程度優(yōu)于對照組,兩組比較差異具有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P<0.05)。治療后,兩組患者血清t-PA水平明顯升高,PAI-1水平明顯降低,同組治療前后差異具有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P<0.05);且治療組這些觀察指標(biāo)的改善程度明顯優(yōu)于對照組,兩組比較差異具有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P<0.05)。結(jié)論 腎復(fù)康膠囊聯(lián)合注射用阿魏酸鈉治療慢性腎小球腎炎的臨床療效顯著,不僅可以改善患者腎功能,還能升高血清t-PA水平,降低血清PAI-1水平以及降低尿蛋白,有利于慢性腎小球腎炎患者癥狀改善,具有一定的臨床推廣應(yīng)用價值。

Objective To investigate the effect of Shenfukang Capsules combined with Sodium Ferulate for injection in treatment of chronic glomerulonephritis.Methods Patients (72 cases) with chronic glomerulonephritis in Department of Neurology of Chengdu Xinhua Hospital from 2015 January to 2016 January were randomly divided into control and treatment groups using the computer method, and each group had 36 cases. The patients in the control group were iv administered with Sodium Ferulate for injection, 0.3 g added into 5% glucose Injection 250 mL, once daily. The patients in the treatment group were poadministered with Shenfukang Capsules on the basis of control group, 1.5 g /time, three times daily. The patients in two groups were treated for 1 month. After treatment, the clinical efficacies were evaluated, and the changes of Scr, BUN, 24 h urine protein, RBC, and β2-MG, and levels of t-PA and PAI-1 in serum before and after treatment in two groups were compared.Results After treatment, the clinical efficacies in the control and treatment groups were 74.52% and 94.44%, respectively, and there were differences between two groups (P < 0.05). After treatment, Scr, BUN, 24 h Upro, RBC, and β2-MG in two groups were significantly decreased, and the difference was statistically significant in the same group (P < 0.05). After treatment, the observational indexes in the treatment group were significantly decreased than those in the control group, with significant difference between two groups (P < 0.05). After treatment, levels of t-PA in two groups were significantly increased, PAI-1 was significantly decreased, and the difference was statistically significant in the same group (P < 0.05). After treatment, the observational indexes in the treatment group were significantly better than those in the control group, with significant difference between two groups (P < 0.05).Conclusion Shenfukang Capsules combined with Sodium Ferulate for injection has clinical curative effect in treatment of chronic glomerulonephritis, not only can improve renal function in patients, but also can elevate the level of serum t-PA, decrease the levels of PAI-1, and decrease urinary protein, is beneficial to improve symptoms in patients with chronic glomerulonephritis, which has a certain clinical application value.
