Each group had 44 cases. The patients in the control group were poadministered with Finasteride Tablets, 5 mg/time, once daily. The patients in the treatment group were poadministered with Qianlie Shutong Capsules on the basis of the control group, 3 grains/time, three times daily. The patients in two groups were treated for eight weeks. After treatment, the efficacy was evaluated, and the changes of IPSS scores, PV, RV, and Qmax in two groups were compared.Results After treatment, the efficacies in the control and treatment groups were 88.64% and 95.45%, respectively, and there were differences between two groups (P < 0.05). After treatment, IPSS scores, PV, and RV were significantly decreased, and Qmax was significantly increased, and the difference was statistically significant in the same group (P < 0.05). After treatment, the observational indexes in the treatment group were significantly better than those in the control group, with significant difference between two groups (P < 0.05).Conclusion Qianlie Shutong Capsules combined with finasteride has clinical curative effect in treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia, and can significantly improve the clinical symptoms, and reduce the RV and PV, which has a certain clinical application value."/>

    目的 探討前列舒通膠囊聯(lián)合非那雄胺治療良性前列腺增生癥的臨床療效。方法 選取2014年8月-2015年8月什邡市人民醫(yī)院泌尿外科收治的良性前列腺增生癥患者88例,隨機(jī)分為對(duì)照組和治療組,每組各44例。對(duì)照組口服非那雄胺片5 mg/次,1次/d。治療組在對(duì)照組治療基礎(chǔ)上口服前列舒通膠囊,3粒/次,3次/d。兩組患者均連續(xù)治療8周。觀察兩組的臨床療效,同時(shí)比較治療前后兩組國(guó)際前列腺癥狀評(píng)分(IPSS)、前列腺體積(PV)、膀胱殘余尿量(RV)、最大尿流率(Qmax)的變化情況。結(jié)果 治療后,對(duì)照組和治療組的總有效率分別為88.64%、95.45%,兩組比較差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P<0.05)。治療后,兩組患者IPSS評(píng)分、PV、RV均較治療前明顯降低,而Qmax均較治療前增高,同組治療前后差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P<0.05);且治療組這些觀察指標(biāo)的改善程度優(yōu)于對(duì)照組,兩組比較差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P<0.05)。結(jié)論 前列舒通膠囊聯(lián)合非那雄胺治療良性前列腺增生癥具有較好的臨床療效,能夠顯著改善患者的臨床癥狀,降低RV、PV,具有一定的臨床推廣應(yīng)用價(jià)值。
