目的 探討鼻舒適片聯(lián)合枸地氯雷他定治療過(guò)敏性鼻炎的臨床療效。方法 選取2015年1月-2016年1月西安交通大學(xué)第一附屬醫(yī)院接受治療的過(guò)敏性鼻炎患者138例,隨機(jī)分為對(duì)照組和治療組,每組各69例。對(duì)照組口服枸地氯雷他定膠囊,1粒/次,1次/d。治療組在對(duì)照組的治療基礎(chǔ)上口服鼻舒適片,5片/次,3次/d。兩組均連續(xù)治療12 d。觀察兩組的臨床療效,同時(shí)比較兩組治療前后癥狀積分、白三烯B4(LTB4)、IL-4、IL-10、IL-12、轉(zhuǎn)化生長(zhǎng)因子α(TGF-α)、γ-干擾素(IFN-γ)、IgE的變化情況。結(jié)果 治療后,對(duì)照組和治療組的總有效率分別為85.51%、95.65%,兩組比較差異具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P<0.05)。治療后,兩組患者癥狀(包括鼻塞、鼻癢、噴嚏、流涕)評(píng)分、總分、IL-4、IL-10、TGF-α、LTB4、IgE水平均顯著降低,IL-12、IFN-γ水平顯著升高,同組治療前后差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P<0.05);且治療組這些觀察指標(biāo)的改善程度優(yōu)于對(duì)照組,兩組比較差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P<0.05)。結(jié)論 鼻舒適片聯(lián)合枸地氯雷他定治療過(guò)敏性鼻炎具有較好的臨床療效,可改善患者的臨床癥狀,改善各檢測(cè)因子水平,具有一定的臨床推廣應(yīng)用價(jià)值

Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of Bishushi Tablets combined with desloratadine citrate disodium in treatment of allergic rhinitis.Methods Patients (138 cases) with allergic rhinitis in the First Affiliated Hospital of Xi'an Jiaotong University from January 2015 to January 2016 were randomly divided into control and treatment groups, and each group had 69 cases. The patients in the control group were poadministered with Desloratadine Citrate Disodium Capsules, 1 grain/time, once daily. The patients in the treatment group were poadministered with Bishushi Tablets on the basis of the control group, 5 tablets/time, three times daily. The patients in two groups were treated for 12 d. After treatment, the efficacy was evaluated, and the changes of symptom scores, LTB4, IL-4, IL-10, IL-12, TGF-α, IFN-γ, and IgE in two groups before and after treatment were compared.Results After treatment, the efficacies in the control and treatment groups were 85.51% and 95.65%, respectively, and there were differences between two groups (P < 0.05). After treatment, symptom (including stuffy nose, nasal itching, sneezing, and runny nose) scores, total scores, IL-4, IL-10, TGF-α, LTB4, and IgE in two groups were significantly decreased, IL-12 and IFN-γ were significantly increased, and the difference was statistically significant in the same group (P < 0.05). After treatment, the observational indexes in the treatment group were significantly better than those in the control group, with significant difference between two groups (P < 0.05).Conclusion Bishushi Tablets combined with desloratadine citrate disodium has clinical curative effect in treatment of allergic rhinitis, and can improve the clinical symptoms, also can improve the detection factor levels, which has a certain clinical application value.
