目的 運用Meta分析方法評價鼠神經(jīng)生長因子治療突發(fā)性耳聾的療效。方法 計算機檢索Pubmed、Embase、中國學術(shù)期刊(網(wǎng)絡(luò)版)、萬方數(shù)字化期刊全文庫,對納入的隨機對照試驗文獻進行質(zhì)量評價,并采用Rev Man 5.3軟件進行Meta分析。結(jié)局指標為總有效率。結(jié)果 共納入10篇隨機對照試驗,共1 093例患者。Meta分析結(jié)果顯示,鼠神經(jīng)生長因子治療突發(fā)性耳聾的總有效率高于對照組[OR＝3.21,95%CI(2.31,4.44),P<0.01]。結(jié)論 鼠神經(jīng)生長因子治療突發(fā)性耳聾具有較好的療效,但仍需開展高質(zhì)量的藥物臨床試驗。

Objective To evaluate the efficacy of mouse nerve growth factor in treatment of sudden deafness by Meta analysis.Methods By searching Pubmed, Embase, Chinese Academic Journal (CD), and Wanfang Database, the quality assessment of qualified randomly control trials was evaluated. Meta analysis was carried out by Rev Man 5.3 software. The outcomes included the clinical effects.Results A total of 10 studies were included, involving 1 093 patients. Meta analysis showed that the total effective rate of mouse nerve growth factor in treatment of sudden deafness was higher than that in control group [OR = 3.21, 95%CI (2.31, 4.44), P < 0.01].ConclusionMouse nerve growth factor could improve the clinical efficacy of sudden deafness, but it is necessary to carry out high quality of drug clinical trials.
