目的 探討銀杏葉片聯(lián)合阿魏酸鈉治療短暫性腦缺血發(fā)作的臨床療效。方法 選取2015年3月—2016年3月在日照市人民醫(yī)院接受治療的短暫性腦缺血發(fā)作患者78例，按照治療方法的不同分為對照組和治療組，每組各39例。對照組靜脈滴注注射用阿魏酸鈉，0.3 g加入5%葡萄糖注射液250 mL，1次/d。治療組在對照治療基礎(chǔ)上口服銀杏葉片，2片/次，3次/d。兩組均連續(xù)治療2周。觀察兩組的臨床療效，同時比較兩組治療前后血漿黏度（CP）、血細胞比容（HCT）、血小板聚集率（PAR）、纖維蛋白原（FIB）、內(nèi)皮素-1（ET-1）、基質(zhì)金屬蛋白酶-9（MMP-9）、血管緊張素-Ⅱ（Ang-Ⅱ）的變化情況。結(jié)果 治療后，對照組和治療組的總有效率分別為84.62%、92.31%，兩組比較差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義（P<0.05）。治療后，兩組患者CP、HCT、PAR、FIB、ET-1、MMP-9、Ang-Ⅱ均較同組治療前顯著降低，同組治療前后差異均有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義（P<0.05），且治療組這些觀察指標的降低程度優(yōu)于對照組，兩組比較差異具有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義（P<0.05）。結(jié)論 銀杏葉片聯(lián)合阿魏酸鈉治療短暫性腦缺血發(fā)作具有較好的臨床療效，可明顯改善患者血液流變學(xué)指標，降低血清ET-1、MMP-9、Ang-Ⅱ水平，具有一定的臨床推廣應(yīng)用價值。

Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of Yinxingye Tablets combined with sodium ferulate in treatment of transient ischemic attack. Methods Patients (78 cases) with transient ischemic attack in Rizhao People's Hospital from March 2015 to March 2016 were enrolled in this study. According to the different treatment plans, patients were divided into control group (39 cases) and treatment group (39 cases). The patients in the control group were iv administered with Sodium Ferulate for injection, 0.3 g added into 5% Glucose Injection 250 mL, once daily. The patients in the treatment group were po administered with Yinxingye Tablets on the basis of the control group, 2 tablets/time, three times daily. The patients in two groups were treated for 2 weeks. After treatment, the clinical efficacies were evaluated, and the changes of CP, HCT, PAR, FIB, ET-1, MMP-9, and Ang-Ⅱ in two groups before and after treatment were compared. Results After treatment, the total efficacies in the control and treatment groups were 84.62% and 92.31%, respectively, and there were differences between two groups (P<0.05). After treatment, CP, HCT, PAR, FIB, ET-1, MMP-9, and Ang-Ⅱ in two groups were significantly decreased, the difference was statistically significant in the same group (P<0.05). After treatment, the observational indexes in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group, with significant difference between two groups (P<0.05). Conclusion Yinxingye Tablets combined with sodium ferulate has clinical curative effect in treatment of transient ischemic attack, and can obviously improve the blood rheology indexes, reduce the levels of ET-1, MMP-9, and Ang Ⅱ, which has a certain clinical application value.
