目的 探討腫節(jié)風(fēng)分散片聯(lián)合洛美沙星治療急性化膿性中耳炎（APOM）的臨床療效。方法 選取2014年11月-2015年11月內(nèi)蒙古林業(yè)總醫(yī)院耳鼻喉科收治的急性化膿性中耳炎患者98例，隨機(jī)分為對(duì)照組（49例）和治療組（49例）。對(duì)照組給予鹽酸洛美沙星滴耳液，6～10滴/次，1次/d。治療組在對(duì)照組的基礎(chǔ)上口服腫節(jié)風(fēng)分散片，4片/次，3次/d。兩組患者均連續(xù)治療2周。觀察兩組患者的臨床療效、起效時(shí)間、聽力閾值和致病菌清除情況。結(jié)果 治療后，對(duì)照組、治療組的總有效率分別為85.71%、93.88%，兩組比較差異具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P<0.05）。兩組起效時(shí)間和聽力閾值均明顯低于治療前，同組治療前后差異均有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P<0.05），且治療組聽力閾值的改善程度明顯優(yōu)于對(duì)照組，兩組比較差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P<0.05）。治療組致病菌總清除率（85.71%）明顯高于對(duì)照組（67.35%），差異具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P<0.05）。結(jié)論 腫節(jié)風(fēng)分散片聯(lián)合洛美沙星治療APOM具有較好的療效，可改善聽力情況，具有一定的臨床推廣應(yīng)用價(jià)值。

Objective To investigate the clinical curative effect of Zhongjiefeng Dispersible Tablets combined with lomefloxacin in treatment of acute purulent otitis media (APOM). Methods Patients (98 cases) with APOM in Department of Otolaryngology Inner Mongolia Forestry General Hospital from November 2014 to November 2015 were randomly divided into control (49 cases) and treatment (49 cases) groups. Patients in the control group were given Lomefloxacin Hydrochloride Ear Drops, 6-10 drops/time, once daily. Patients in the treatment group were po administrated with Zhongjiefeng Dispersible Tablets on the basis of control group, 4 tablets/time, three times daily. The patients in two groups were treated for 2 weeks. After treatment, the clinical efficacies, onset time, hearing threshold, and bacterial clearance were observed. Results After treatment, the total efficacies in the control and treatment groups were 85.71% and 93.88%, respectively, and there were differences between two groups (P<0.05). The onset time and hearing threshold were lower than those before treatment with significant difference (P<0.05). After treatment, the observational indexes in the treatment group were significantly better than those in the control group, and there were differences between two groups (P<0.05). The bacterial clearance rate in the treatment group (85.71%) was significantly higher than that in the control groups (67.35%), and there were significant differences between two groups (P<0.05). Conclusion Zhongjiefeng Dispersible Tablets combined with lomefloxacin in treatment of APOM has a good clinical efficacy, and can significantly improve the hearing, which has a certain clinical application value.
