目的 探討腦脈泰聯(lián)合依達拉奉治療外傷性腦梗死的臨床療效。方法 選取2015年5月-2016年5月在廣元市中心醫(yī)院接受治療的外傷性腦梗死88例，按照治療方法不同分為對照組和治療組，每組各44例。對照組靜脈滴注依達拉奉注射液，30 mg/次加入生理鹽水100 mL，2次/d。治療組在對照組治療基礎(chǔ)上口服腦脈泰膠囊，2粒/次，3次/d。兩組患者均連續(xù)治療14 d。觀察兩組的臨床療效，同時比較兩組治療前后格拉斯哥昏迷（GCS）評分、腫瘤壞死因子α（TNF-α）、白細胞介素1（IL-1）、S100B蛋白、髓鞘堿性蛋白（MBP）和血清神經(jīng)細絲酸性蛋白（GFAP）的變化情況。結(jié)果 治療后，對照組和治療組的總有效率分別為81.82%、90.91%，兩組比較差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義（P<0.05）。治療后，兩組睜眼反應(yīng)評分、語言反應(yīng)評分、肢體動作評分、總分均較治療前顯著增加，血清TNF-α、IL-1、S100B、MBP和GFAP水平均明顯低于同組治療前，同組治療前后差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義（P<0.05）；且治療組這些觀察指標的改善程度明顯優(yōu)于對照組，兩組比較差異具有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義（P<0.05）。結(jié)論 腦脈泰膠囊聯(lián)合依達拉奉治療外傷性腦梗死具有較好的臨床療效，具有顯著神經(jīng)功能保護作用，具有一定的臨床推廣應(yīng)用價值。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Naomaitai Capsules combined with edaravone in treatment of post traumatic cerebral infarction. Methods Patients (88 cases) with post traumatic cerebral infarction in Guangyuan Central Hospital from May 2015 to May 2016 were divided into control and treatment groups according to different treatments, and each group had 44 cases. The patients in the control group were iv administered with Edaravone Injection, 30 mg/time added into 100 mL normal saline, twice daily. The patients in the treatment group were po administered with Naomaitai Capsules on the basis of the control group, 2 grains/time, three times daily. The patients in two groups were treated for 14 d. After treatment, the efficacy was evaluated, and the changes of GCS scores, TNF-α, IL-1, S100B protein, MBP, and GFAP in two groups before and after treatment were compared. Results After treatment, the clinical efficacies in the control and treatment groups were 81.82% and 90.91%, respectively, and there were differences between two groups (P<0.05). After treatment, open reaction score, language score, body movement score, and total score in two groups were significantly increased, TNF-α, IL-1, S100B, MBP, and GFAP were significantly decreased, and the difference was statistically significant in the same group (P<0.05). And the observational indexes in the treatment group were significantly better than those in the control group, with significant difference between two groups (P<0.05). Conclusion Naomaitai Capsules combined with edaravone has clinical curative effect in treatment of post traumatic cerebral infarction, has significant neurologic protection effect, which has a certain clinical application value.
