目的 探討抗骨增生膠囊聯(lián)合玻璃酸鈉和氨基葡萄糖膠囊治療膝骨關(guān)節(jié)炎的臨床療效。方法 選取2012年4月-2015年4月在四川省骨科醫(yī)院接受治療的膝骨關(guān)節(jié)炎患者100例，根據(jù)治療方案的差別分為對照組和治療組，每組各50例，對照組患者關(guān)節(jié)腔注射玻璃酸鈉注射液，2 mL/次，1次/周；同時(shí)口服鹽酸氨基葡萄糖膠囊，2粒/次，3次/d。治療組在對照組的基礎(chǔ)上口服抗骨增生膠囊，5粒/次，3次/d。兩組患者均連續(xù)治療6個(gè)月。觀察兩組的臨床療效，同時(shí)比較兩組治療前后WOMAC評(píng)分、腫瘤壞死因子-α（TNF-α）、白介素-1β（IL-1β）、軟骨寡聚基質(zhì)蛋白（COMP）、基質(zhì)金屬蛋白酶-9（MMP-9）、NO、丙二醛（MDA）和超氧化物歧化酶（SOD）水平的變化情況。結(jié)果 治療后，對照組和治療組的總有效率分別為84.00%、96.00%，兩組比較差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P<0.05）。治療后，兩組患者疼痛評(píng)分、關(guān)節(jié)僵硬評(píng)分、日?；顒?dòng)評(píng)分和綜合評(píng)分均較治療前顯著降低，同組治療前后差異具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P<0.05）；且治療組WOMAC評(píng)分減少程度優(yōu)于對照組，兩組比較差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P<0.05）。治療后，兩組TNF-α、IL-1β、COMP及MMP-9水平顯著降低，同組治療前后差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P<0.05）；且治療組的降低程度優(yōu)于對照組，兩組比較差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P<0.05）。治療后，兩組患者血清NO、MDA水平顯著降低，而SOD水平則升高，同組治療前后差異具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P<0.05）；且治療組這些觀察指標(biāo)的改善程度優(yōu)于對照組，兩組比較差異具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P<0.05）。結(jié)論 抗骨增生膠囊聯(lián)合玻璃酸鈉和氨基葡萄糖膠囊治療膝骨關(guān)節(jié)炎療效顯著，可明顯改善患者臨床癥狀，降低血清炎性水平，具有一定的臨床推廣應(yīng)用價(jià)值。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacies of Kanggu Zengsheng Capsules combined with sodium hyaluronate and Glucosamine Capsules in treatment of knee osteoarthritis. Methods Patients (100 cases) with knee osteoarthritis in Sichuan Province Orthopedic Hospital from April 2012 to April 2015 were divided into control and treatment groups based on different treatments, and each group had 50 cases. The patients in the control group were intra-articular injection of Sodium Hyaluronate Injection, 2 mL/time, once weekly. And they were po administered with Glucosamine Hydrochloride Capsules, 2 grains/time, three times daily. The patients in the treatment group were po administered with Kanggu Zengsheng Capsules, 5 grains/time, three times daily. The patients in two groups were treated for 6 months. After treatment, clinical efficacies were evaluated. And WOMAC scores in two groups were recorded. In the same time, the levels of TNF-α, IL-1β, COMP, MMP-9, NO, MDA, and SOD in two groups before and after treatment were compared. Results After treatment, the clinical efficacies in the control and treatment groups were 84.00% and 96.00%, respectively, and there were differences between two groups (P<0.05). After treatment, pain scores, joint stiffness scores, daily activity scores, and comprehensive scores in two groups were lower than those in the same group before treatment, and there were differences in the same group (P<0.05). And the decrease degree of WOMAC scores in the treatment group was better than that in the control group, with significant difference between two groups (P<0.05). After treatment, TNF-α, IL-1β, COMP, and MMP-9 levels in two groups were significantly decreased, and the difference was statistically significant in the same group (P<0.05). These observational indexes in treatment group were lower than those in control group, with significant difference between two groups (P<0.05). After treatment, serum NO and MDA levels in two groups were decreased, and SOD level was increased, and the difference was statistically significant in the same group (P<0.05). And the improvement of these observational indexes in the treatment group was better than those in the control group, with significant difference between two groups (P<0.05). Conclusion Kanggu Zengsheng Capsules combined with sodium hyaluronate and Glucosamine Capsules have clinical curative effect in treatment of knee osteoarthritis, can significantly improve the clinical symptoms and reduce the serum inflammatory levels, which has a certain clinical application value.
