目的 觀察骨疏康膠囊聯(lián)合骨化三醇和阿侖膦酸鈉治療骨質(zhì)疏松的臨床療效。方法 選取西安交通大學(xué)醫(yī)學(xué)院附屬紅會(huì)醫(yī)院2015年1月-2015年10月就診的骨質(zhì)疏松癥患者106例，隨機(jī)分為對(duì)照組和治療組，每組各53例。對(duì)照組患者口服骨化三醇膠丸，0.25 μg/次，1次/d，阿侖膦酸鈉片70 mg/次，1次/周，治療組在對(duì)照組的基礎(chǔ)上口服骨疏康膠囊，4粒/次，2次/d。兩組均連續(xù)治療6個(gè)月。觀察兩組的臨床療效，同時(shí)比較治療前后兩組患者的骨密度（BMD）、骨鈣素、血清鈣和堿性磷酸酶。結(jié)果 對(duì)照組和治療組的臨床總有效率為79.25%和88.68%，兩組比較差異具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P<0.05）。治療后兩組腰椎2-4（L_2～4）、股骨頸、股骨大轉(zhuǎn)子的BMD均較治療前顯著升高，差異具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P<0.05）；且治療組治療后L_2～4、股骨頸、股骨大轉(zhuǎn)子的BMD均顯著大于對(duì)照組，兩組比較差異具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P<0.05）。兩組骨鈣素和血清鈣均較治療前顯著升高，堿性磷酸酶較治療前顯著降低，同組治療前后差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P<0.05）；且治療組的變化更顯著，兩組比較差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P<0.05）。結(jié)論 骨疏康膠囊聯(lián)合骨化三醇和阿侖膦酸鈉治療骨質(zhì)疏松臨床療效確切，可明顯改善骨密度等指標(biāo)，安全性高，具有一定的臨床推廣應(yīng)用價(jià)值。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of Gushukang Capsules combined with calcitriol and alendronate sodium in treatment of osteoporosis. Methods Patients (106 cases) with osteoporosis in Honghui Hospital Affiliated to Xi'an Jiaotong University Medical College from January 2015 to October 2015 were randomly divided into control and treatment groups, and each group had 53 cases. Patients in the control group were po administered with Calcitriol Soft Capsules, 0.25 μg/time, once daily; And they were also po administered with Alendronate Sodium Tablets, 70 mg/time, weekly. The patients in the treatment group were po administered with Gushukang Capsules on the basis of the control group, 4 grains/time, twice daily. The patients in two groups were treated for 6 months. After treatment, the clinical efficacy was evaluated, and the changes of BMD, osteocalcin, serum calcium, and alkaline phosphatase in two groups were compared. Results After treatment, the clinical efficacies in the control and treatment groups were 79.25% and 88.68%, respectively, and there were differences between two groups (P<0.05). After treatment, BMD of L_2~4, femoral neck, and large femoral rotor were significantly increased, and the difference was statistically significant in the same group (P<0.05). And the observational indexes in the treatment group were significantly higher than those in the control group, with significant difference between two groups (P<0.05). After treatment, osteocalcin and serum calcium in two groups were obviously increased, but alkaline phosphatase was decreased, and there were differences in the same group (P<0.05). And the changes of these observational indexes in the treatment group were more obvious, with significant difference between two groups (P<0.05). Conclusion Gushukang Capsules combined with calcitriol and alendronate sodium has an exact clinical efficacy in treatment of osteoporosis, can obviously improve the bone density with high safety, which has a certain clinical application value.
