Methods Patients (110 cases) with senile cor pulmonale insomnia in Tianjin Occupational Disease Prevention and Therapeutic Hospital from February 2013 to February 2015 were randomly divided into control (52 cases) and treatment (58 cases) groupss. The patients in the control group were po administered with Zopiclone Tablets, 7.5 mg/time, once daily. The patients in the treatment group were po administered with Tianmeng Oral Solution on the basis of the control group, 20 mL/time, twice daily. Patients in two groups were treated for 4 weeks. After treatment, the clinical efficacies were evaluated, and the changes of PSQI scores, total sleep time, sleep efficiency, sleep latency, quick eye movement (REM) incubation period, awakening times, awakening total time, pH, pCO2, pO2 in two groups were compared. Results After treatment, the clinical efficacies in the control and treatment groups were 65.38% and 87.93%%, respectively, and there were differences between two groups (P<0.05). After treatment, PSQI scores, sleep latency, REM incubation period, awakening times, awakening total time, and pCO2 were significantly reduced, and total sleep time, sleep efficiency, pH, pO2, and SaO2 were significantly increased, and the difference was statistically significant in the same group (P<0.05). And the observational indexes in the treatment group were significantly better than those in the control group, with significant difference between two groups (P<0.05). Conclusion Tianmeng Oral Solution combined with zopiclone has clinical curative effect in treatment of senile cor pulmonale insomnia, and can improve the sleep quality of patients, also can reduce the PSQI scores, which has a certain clinical application value."/>
