目的 探討抗婦炎膠囊聯(lián)合阿奇霉素治療慢性宮頸炎的臨床療效。方法 選取2012年1月-2015年10月上海市松江區(qū)泗涇醫(yī)院收治的慢性宮頸炎患者178例，隨機分為對照組和治療組，每組各89例。對照組患者口服阿奇霉素片，2片/次，1次/d。治療組患者在對照組治療基礎(chǔ)上口服抗婦炎膠囊，3粒/次，3次/d。兩組均連續(xù)治療14 d。觀察兩組的臨床療效，比較兩組治療前后血管內(nèi)皮生長因子（VEGF）和自然殺傷T細(xì)胞（NKTs）水平的變化情況。同時比較兩組臨床癥狀緩解時間和宮頸修復(fù)時間，隨訪3個月，觀察兩組的復(fù)發(fā)率。結(jié)果 治療后，對照組和治療組的總有效率分別為71.91%、94.38%，兩組比較差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義（P<0.05）。治療后，兩組VEGF和NKTs水平均顯著升高，同組治療前后差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義（P<0.05）；且治療組這些觀察指標(biāo)的升高程度優(yōu)于對照組，兩組比較差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義（P<0.05）。治療組臨床癥狀緩解時間、宮頸修復(fù)時間均明顯短于對照組，兩組比較差異具有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義（P<0.05）。隨訪3個月，對照組和治療組的復(fù)發(fā)率分別為15.73%、1.12%，兩組比較差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義（P<0.05）。結(jié)論 抗婦炎膠囊聯(lián)合阿奇霉素治療慢性宮頸炎具有較好的臨床療效，可加快臨床癥狀緩解及宮頸修復(fù)，復(fù)發(fā)率低，具有一定的臨床推廣應(yīng)用價值。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Kangfuyan Capsules combined with azithromycin in treatment of chronic cervicitis. Methods Patients (178 cases) with chronic cervicitis in Sijing Hospital of Songjiang District in Shanghai from January 2012 to October 2015 were randomly divided into control and treatment groups, and each group had 89 cases. The patients in the control group were po administered with Azithromycin Tablets, 2 tablets/time, once daily. The patients in the treatment group were po administered with Kangfuyan Capsules on the basis of the control group, 3 grains/time, three times daily. Patients in two groups were treated for 14 d. After treatment, the clinical efficacies were evaluated, and the changes of VEGF and NKTs in two groups were compared. The remission time of clinical symptoms and cervical repair time in two groups were compared. Followed up for 3 months, the recurrence rates in two groups were observed. Results After treatment, the clinical efficacies in the control and treatment groups were 71.91% and 94.38%, respectively, and there were differences between two groups (P<0.05). After treatment, VEGF and NKTs in two groups were significantly increased, and the difference was statistically significant in the same group (P<0.05). And the observational indexes in the treatment group were significantly higher than those in the control group, with significant difference between two groups (P<0.05). The remission time of clinical symptoms and cervical repair time in the treatment group were shorter than those in the control group, with significant difference between two groups (P<0.05). Followed up for 3 months, the recurrence rates in the control and treatment groups were 15.73% and 1.12%, respectively, and there were differences between two groups (P<0.05). Conclusion Kangfuyan Capsules combined with azithromycin has clinical curative effect in treatment of chronic cervicitis, and can accelerate the clinical symptoms and cervical repair, and the recurrence rate is low, which has a certain clinical application value.
