目的 探討心可舒膠囊聯(lián)合硝苯地平治療慢性穩(wěn)定型心絞痛的臨床療效。方法 選取2012年4月-2016年4月鳳翔縣醫(yī)院收治慢性穩(wěn)定型心絞痛患者60例，根據(jù)治療方案的差別分為對照組和治療組，每組各30例。對照組口服硝苯地平緩釋片，20 mg/次，1次/d。治療組在對照組基礎(chǔ)上口服心可舒膠囊，4粒/次，3次/d。兩組患者均服藥4周。觀察兩組的臨床療效，比較兩組的心絞痛發(fā)作、硝酸甘油每周用量、臨床癥狀評分和血管內(nèi)皮功能的變化。結(jié)果 治療后，對照組和治療組的總有效率分別為73.33%、93.33%，兩組比較差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義（P<0.05）。治療后，兩組心絞痛發(fā)作次數(shù)和硝酸甘油每周用量均明顯下降，而發(fā)作間隔時間明顯延長，同組治療前后比較差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義（P<0.05）；且治療組這些觀察指標(biāo)的改善程度明顯優(yōu)于對照組，兩組比較差異具有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義（P<0.05）。治療后，兩組胸痛、胸悶、心悸和頭暈?zāi)垦Ｔu分明顯降低，同組治療前后比較差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義（P<0.05）；且治療組這些觀察指標(biāo)的下降程度明顯優(yōu)于對照組，兩組比較差異具有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義（P<0.05）。治療后，兩組血清內(nèi)皮素-1（ET-1）水平明顯降低，而一氧化氮（NO）水平明顯升高，同組治療前后比較差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義（P<0.05）；且治療組這些觀察指標(biāo)的改善程度明顯優(yōu)于對照組，兩組比較差異具有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義（P<0.05）。結(jié)論 心可舒膠囊聯(lián)合硝苯地平治療慢性穩(wěn)定型心絞痛具有較好的臨床療效，可緩解臨床癥狀，改善血管內(nèi)皮功能，具有一定的臨床推廣應(yīng)用價值。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Xinkeshu Capsules combined with nifedipine in treatment of chronic stable angina pectoris. Methods Patients (60 cases) with chronic stable angina pectoris in Fengxiang County Hospital from April 2012 to April 2016 were enrolled in this study. According to the difference treatment plan, patients were divided into control and treatment groups, and each group had 30 cases. Patients in the control group were po administered with Nifedipine Sustained Release Tablets, 20 mg/time, once daily. Patients in the treatment group were po administered with Xinkeshu Capsules on the basis of the control group, 4 grains/time, three times daily. Patients in two groups were treated for 4 weeks. After treatment, the clinical efficacies were evaluated, and angina pectoris attack, nitroglycerin weekly dosage, clinical symptom scores, and vascular endothelial function in two groups were compared. Results After treatment, the clinical efficacies in the control and treatment groups were 73.33% and 93.33%, respectively, and there was difference between two groups (P<0.05). After treatment, attack frequency of angina pectoris and nitroglycerin weekly dosage in two groups were significantly decreased, and attack interval time was significantly prolonged, and the difference was statistically significant in the same group (P<0.05). And the observational indexes in the treatment group were significantly better than those in the control group, with significant difference between two groups (P<0.05). After treatment, the scores of chest pain, chest tightness, palpitations and dizziness in two groups were significantly decreased, and the difference was statistically significant in the same group (P<0.05). And the observational indexes in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group, with significant difference between two groups (P<0.05). After treatment, the levels of serum ET-1 in two groups were significantly decreased, but the levels of NO in two groups were significantly increased, and the difference was statistically significant in the same group (P<0.05). And the observational indexes in the treatment group were significantly better than those in the control group, with significant difference between two groups (P<0.05). Conclusion Xinkeshu Capsules combined with nifedipine has clinical curative effect in treatment of chronic stable angina pectoris, and can relieve clinical symptoms, improve vascular endothelial function, which has a certain clinical application value.
