目的 探討康復新液聯(lián)合米諾環(huán)素軟膏治療慢性牙周炎的臨床療效。方法 選取2013年8月-2015年8月三亞市人民醫(yī)院收治的慢性牙周炎患者90例，患牙共計106顆，采用隨機數(shù)字表法分為對照組和治療組，每組各45例、患牙53顆。對照組給予鹽酸米諾軟膏，將其注入牙周袋中直至充滿，1次/周；治療組在對照組基礎(chǔ)上給予康復新液，約10 mL含漱5 min左右，4次/d。兩組患者均治療4周。觀察兩組的臨床療效，比較兩組C反應蛋白（CRP）、白細胞介素-6（IL-6）、齦溝出血指數(shù)（SBI）、牙周附著水平（AL）、菌斑指數(shù)（PLI）和牙周袋深度（PD）變化情況。結(jié)果 治療后，對照組和治療組的總有效率分別為79.25%、96.23%，兩組比較差異有統(tǒng)計學意義（P<0.05）。治療后，對照組SBI、AL、PLI和PD顯著降低，治療組CRP、SBI、AL、PLI和PD顯著降低，同組治療前后比較差異有統(tǒng)計學意義（P<0.05）；且治療組這些觀察指標的降低程度明顯優(yōu)于對照組，兩組比較差異具有統(tǒng)計學意義（P<0.05）。結(jié)論 康復新液聯(lián)合米諾環(huán)素軟膏治療慢性牙周炎具有較好的臨床療效，能改善臨床癥狀，緩解炎癥反應，具有一定的臨床推廣應用。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Kangfuxin Liquid combined with Minocycline Ointment in treatment of chronic periodontitis. Methods Patients (90 cases, 106 teeth) with chronic periodontitis in Sanya People's Hospital from August 2013 to August 2015 were randomly divided into control and treatment groups by random digits table, and each group had 45 cases and 53 teeth. Patients in the control group were given Minocycline Hydrochloride Ointment, they were injected into the periodontal pocket until full, once weekly. Patients in the treatment group were given Kangfuxin Liquid on the basis of the control group, about 10 mL gargled about 5 min, four times daily. Patients in two groups were treated for 4 weeks. After treatment, the clinical efficacies were evaluated, and CPR, IL-6, SBI, AL, PLI, and PD in two groups were compared. Results After treatment, the clinical efficacies in the control and treatment groups were 79.25% and 96.23%, respectively, and there was difference between two groups (P<0.05). After treatment, SBI, AL, PLI, and PD in the control group were significantly decreased, and CPR, SBI, AL, PLI, and PD in the treatment group were significantly decreased, and the difference was statistically significant in the same group (P<0.05). And the observational indexes in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group, with significant difference between two groups (P<0.05). Conclusion Kangfuxin Liquid combined with Minocycline Ointment has clinical curative effect in treatment of chronic periodontitis, and can improve clinical symptoms, relieve inflammation reactions, which has a certain clinical application value.
