Methods Aminothiaoximo acid was used as the starting material to synthesize E-isomer of cefoselis sulfate. Results The target compound was synthesized and characterized by 1H-NMR and MS. The purified yield of this synthetic route was 16.0%, and the purity of E-isomer of cefoselis sulfate was 94%. Conclusion E-isomer of cefoselis sulfate is obtained which provides reference for impurity study of cefoselis sulfate."/>
