目的 探討寒喘祖帕顆粒聯(lián)合沙丁胺醇霧化治療小兒喘憋性肺炎的臨床療效。方法 選取2014年12月-2016年1月廊坊市第四人民醫(yī)院收治的喘憋性肺炎患兒80例，隨機分為對照組和治療組，每組各40例。對照組患兒氧驅(qū)動霧化吸入硫酸沙丁胺醇霧化吸入溶液，將0.5 mL霧化溶液（含2.5 mg沙丁胺醇）用生理鹽水稀釋至2~2.5 mL，5 min/次，2次/d。治療組在對照組的基礎上口服寒喘祖帕顆粒，2 g/次，2次/d。兩組均連續(xù)治療6 d。觀察兩組的臨床療效，比較兩組氣喘緩解時間、咳嗽消失時間、喘鳴音消失時間及平均住院時間。結(jié)果 治療后，對照組和治療組的總有效率分別為77.5%、92.5%，兩組比較差異有統(tǒng)計學意義（P<0.05）。與對照組對比，治療組患兒的氣喘緩解時間、咳嗽消失時間、喘鳴音消失時間及平均住院時間均顯著縮短，兩組比較差異有統(tǒng)計學意義（P<0.05）。結(jié)論 寒喘祖帕顆粒聯(lián)合沙丁胺醇治療小兒喘憋性肺炎療效顯著，能顯著改善患兒的臨床癥狀，具有一定的臨床推廣應用價值。

Objective To investigate the effect of Hanchuan Zupa Granules combined with salbutamol in treatment of asthmatic pneumonia. Methods Patients (80 cases) with asthmatic pneumonia in Langfang Fourth People's Hospital from December 2014 to January 2016 were randomly divided into control and treatment groups, and each group had 40 cases. Patients in the control group were oxygen atomization inhalated with Salbutamol Sulfate Nebules Inhalation Solution, 0.5 mL spray solution (including 2.5 mg salbutamol) diluted with normal saline to 2-2.5 mL, 5 min/time, twice daily. The patients in the treatment group were po administered with Hanchuan Zupa Granules on the basis of the treatment group, 2 g/time, twice daily. The patients in two groups were treated for 6 d. After treatment, the efficacy was evaluated, and asthma relief time, coughing disappeared time, wheezing disappeared time and the average hospitalization time in two groups were compared. Results After treatment, the efficacies in the control and treatment groups were 77.5% and 92.5%, respectively, and there were differences between two groups (P<0.05). Compared with the control group, asthma relief time, coughing disappeared time, wheezing disappeared time and the average hospitalization time in the treatment group were shorter, with significant difference between two groups (P<0.05). Conclusion Hanchuan Zupa Granules combined with salbutamol have clinical curative effect in treatment of asthmatic pneumonia, and can significantly improve the clinical symptoms, which has a certain clinical application value.
