目的 探討宮瘤寧膠囊聯(lián)合復(fù)方醋酸棉酚片治療子宮肌瘤的臨床療效。方法 選取2015年5月-2016年2月在陜西中醫(yī)藥大學(xué)第二附屬醫(yī)院進(jìn)行治療的子宮肌瘤患者80例，根據(jù)治療方案的差別分為對(duì)照組（40例）和治療組（40例）。對(duì)照組口服復(fù)方醋酸棉酚片，1片/次，1次/d。治療組在對(duì)照組的基礎(chǔ)上口服宮瘤寧膠囊，3粒/次，1次/d。兩組患者均連續(xù)治療3個(gè)月經(jīng)周期。比較兩組臨床療效、子宮及肌瘤體積變化和促卵泡成熟激素（FSH）、孕酮（P）、雌二醇（E₂）、人附睪蛋白4（HE4）和CA125水平變化。結(jié)果 治療后，對(duì)照組和治療組總有效率分別為80.00%和95.00%，兩組比較差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P<0.05）。治療后，兩組患者子宮體積及肌瘤體積均顯著縮小，同組治療前后差異具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P<0.05）；且治療后治療組的縮小程度優(yōu)于對(duì)照組，兩組比較差異具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P<0.05）。治療后，兩組E₂、P、FSH水平均明顯低于同組治療前（P<0.05）；且治療后治療組這些觀察指標(biāo)顯著低于對(duì)照組（P<0.05）。治療后，兩組患者血清HE4和CA125水平明顯降低，同組治療前后差異具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P<0.05）；且治療組上述血清指標(biāo)降低程度優(yōu)于對(duì)照組，兩組比較差異具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P<0.05）。結(jié)論 宮瘤寧膠囊聯(lián)合復(fù)方醋酸棉酚片治療子宮肌瘤療效顯著，可明顯縮小瘤體體積，改善性激素水平及降低機(jī)體HE4、CA125水平，具有一定的臨床推廣應(yīng)用價(jià)值。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacies of Gongliuning Capsules combined with Compound Gosspol Acetate Tablets in treatment of uterine fibroids. Methods Patients (80 cases) with uterine fibroids in Second Affiliated Hospital of Shaanxi University of TCM from May 2015 to February 2016 were divided into the control (40 cases) and treatment (40 cases) groups according to different treatments. The patients in the control group were po administered with Compound Gosspol Acetate Tablets, 1 tablet/time, once daily. The patients in the treatment group were po administered with Gongliuning Capsules on the basis of the control group, 3 grains/time, once daily. The patients in two groups were treated for three menstrual cycles. After treatment, the clinical efficacies were evaluated, and the changes of uterine and uterine fibroids volume, and FSH, P, E₂, HE4, CA125 levels in two groups before and after treatment were compared. Results After treatment, the clinical efficacies in the control and treatment groups were 80.00% and 95.00%, respectively, and there were differences between two groups (P<0.05). After treatment, the volumes of uterine and uterine fibroids in two groups were significantly reduced, and the difference was statistically significant in the same group (P<0.05). And the reduction degree in the treatment group was significantly better than those in the control group, with significant difference between two groups (P<0.05). After treatment, E₂, P, and FSH levels in two groups were significantly decreased (P<0.05). And the observational indexes in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P<0.05). After treatment, HE4 and CA125 were significantly decreased, and the difference was statistically significant in the same group (P<0.05). And the decrease degree of these serum indexes in the treatment group was significantly better than those in the control group, with significant difference between two groups (P<0.05). Conclusion Gongliuning Capsules combined with Compound Gosspol Acetate Tablets has an obvious curative effect in treatment of uterine fibroids, can significantly reduce the tumor volume and improve the sex hormone levels and decrease the levels of CA125 and HE4, which has a certain clinical application value.
