目的 探討通竅鼻炎顆粒聯(lián)合粉塵螨滴劑治療過敏性鼻炎的臨床療效。方法 選取2014年10月-2015年10月在重慶市開縣人民醫(yī)院接受治療的過敏性鼻炎患者88例，根據(jù)治療方案的差別分為對照組和治療組，每組各44例。對照組舌下含服粉塵螨滴劑，1滴/次，3次/d。治療組在對照組基礎(chǔ)上口服通竅鼻炎顆粒，1袋/次，3次/d。兩組均連續(xù)用藥21 d。觀察兩組的臨床療效，比較兩組的癥狀評分和血清學(xué)指標(biāo)的情況。結(jié)果 治療后，對照組和治療組的總有效率分別為81.82%、95.45%，兩組比較差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P<0.05）。治療后，兩組打噴嚏、流涕、鼻塞、鼻癢評分及總分均顯著降低，同組治療前后比較差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P<0.05）；且治療組這些觀察指標(biāo)的下降程度明顯優(yōu)于對照組，兩組比較差異具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P<0.05）。治療后，兩組IL-4、IL-10、sIgE、T-IgE和EOS均顯著下降，而IL-12和sIgG4顯著升高，同組治療前后比較差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P<0.05）；且治療組這些觀察指標(biāo)的改善程度明顯優(yōu)于對照組，兩組比較差異具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P<0.05）。結(jié)論 通竅鼻炎顆粒聯(lián)合粉塵螨滴劑治療過敏性鼻炎具有較好的臨床療效，可明顯改善患者臨床癥狀，提高患者機(jī)體的免疫能力，具有一定的臨床推廣應(yīng)用價(jià)值。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Tongqiao Biyan Granules combined with Dermatophagoides Farinae Drops in treatment of allergic rhinitis. Methods Patients (88 cases) with allergic rhinitis in The People's Hospital of Kaizhou District from October 2014 to October 2015 were enrolled in this study. According to the different treatment plan, patients were randomly divided into control and treatment groups, and each group had 44 cases. Patients in the control group were sublingual administered with Dermatophagoides Farinae Drops, 1 drop/time, three times daily. Patients in the treatment group were po administered with Tongqiao Biyan Granules on the basis of the control group, 1 bag/time, three times daily. Patients in two groups were treated for 21 d. After treatment, the clinical efficacies were evaluated, and clinical symptom scores and serological indexes in two groups were compared. Results After treatment, the clinical efficacies in the control and treatment groups were 81.82% and 95.45%, respectively, and there was difference between two groups (P<0.05). After treatment, the scores of sneezing, runny nose, nasal congestion, and nasal itching and the total scores in two groups were significantly decreased, and the difference was statistically significant in the same group (P<0.05). And the observational indexes in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group, with significant difference between two groups (P<0.05). After treatment, IL-4, IL-10, sIgE, T-IgE, and EOS in two groups were significantly decreased, but IL-12 and sIgG4 in two groups were in two groups were significantly increased, and the difference was statistically significant in the same group (P<0.05). And the observational indexes in the treatment group were significantly better than those in the control group, with significant difference between two groups (P<0.05). Conclusion Tongqiao Biyan Granules combined with Dermatophagoides Farinae Drops has clinical curative effect in treatment of allergic rhinitis, can significantly improve clinical symptoms, and increase immune function, which has a certain clinical application value.
