目的 探討辛芩顆粒聯(lián)合鹽酸氮卓斯汀治療變應(yīng)性鼻炎的臨床療效。方法 選取2015年1月-2016年1月在商洛市中心醫(yī)院接受治療的變應(yīng)性鼻炎患者176例為研究對象，隨機分為對照組和治療組，每組各88例。對照組鼻噴鹽酸氮卓斯汀鼻噴劑，1噴/鼻孔，2次/d。治療組在對照組基礎(chǔ)上口服辛芩顆粒，5 g/次，3次/d。兩組均連續(xù)用藥28 d。觀察兩組的臨床療效，比較兩組的癥狀評分、RQLQ評分和血清學指標。結(jié)果 治療后，對照組和治療組的總有效率分別為85.23%、94.32%，兩組比較差異有統(tǒng)計學意義（P<0.05）。治療后，兩組鼻塞、鼻癢、噴嚏和流涕評分及總評分均顯著降低，同組治療前后比較差異有統(tǒng)計學意義（P<0.05）；且治療組這些觀察指標的下降程度明顯優(yōu)于對照組，兩組比較差異具有統(tǒng)計學意義（P<0.05）。治療后，兩組日?；顒?、睡眠、非鼻-結(jié)膜炎癥、相關(guān)行為、鼻部癥狀、眼部癥狀和情感反應(yīng)評分均顯著下降，同組治療前后比較差異有統(tǒng)計學意義（P<0.05）；且治療組這些觀察指標的下降程度明顯優(yōu)于對照組，兩組比較差異具有統(tǒng)計學意義（P<0.05）。治療后，兩組白細胞介素-4（IL-4）、白細胞介素-5（IL-5）、轉(zhuǎn)化生長因子-α（TGF-α）和免疫球蛋白E（IgE）均明顯升高，而白細胞介素-12（IL-12）和γ-干擾素（IFN-γ）均明顯降低，同組治療前后比較差異有統(tǒng)計學意義（P<0.05）；且治療組這些觀察指標的改善程度明顯優(yōu)于對照組，兩組比較差異具有統(tǒng)計學意義（P<0.05）。結(jié)論 辛芩顆粒聯(lián)合鹽酸氮卓斯汀治療變應(yīng)性鼻炎具有較好的臨床療效，改善患者臨床癥狀和生活質(zhì)量，提高機體免疫力，具有一定的臨床推廣應(yīng)用價值。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of Xinqin Granules combined with azelastine hydrochloride in treatment of allergic rhinitis. Methods Patients (176 cases) with allergic rhinitis in Shangluo Central Hospital from January 2015 to January 2016 were randomly divided into control and treatment groups, and each group had 88 cases. Patients in the control group were nasal spray administered with Azelastine Hydrochloride Nasal Spray, 1 spray/nostrils, twice daily. Patients in the treatment group were po administered with Xinqin Granules on the basis of the control group, 5 g/time, three times daily. Patients in two groups were treated for 28 d. After treatment, the clinical efficacies were evaluated, and symptom scores, RQLQ scores, and serological indexes in two groups were compared. Results After treatment, the clinical efficacies in the control and treatment groups were 85.23% and 94.32%, respectively, and there was difference between two groups (P<0.05). After treatment, the scores of nasal congestion, nasal itching, sneezing, and runny nose and the total scores in two groups were significantly decreased, and the difference was statistically significant in the same group (P<0.05). And the observational indexes in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group, with significant difference between two groups (P<0.05). After treatment, the scores of daily activity, sleep, non-nasal conjunctivitis, related behavior, nasal symptoms, eye symptoms, and emotional reaction in two groups were significantly decreased, and the difference was statistically significant in the same group (P<0.05). And the observational indexes in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group, with significant difference between two groups (P<0.05). After treatment, IL-4, IL-5, TGF-α, and IgE in two groups were significantly increased, but IL-12 and IFN-γ were significantly decreased, and the difference was statistically significant in the same group (P<0.05). And the observational indexes in the treatment group were significantly better than those in the control group, with significant difference between two groups (P<0.05). Conclusion Xinqin Granules combined with azelastine hydrochloride has clinical curative effect in treatment of allergic rhinitis, and can improve clinical symptoms and quality of life, increase body immunity, which has a certain clinical application value.
