目的 探討麝香保心丸聯(lián)合米力農(nóng)注射液治療充血性心力衰竭的臨床療效。方法 選取2014年3月-2016年3月皖北煤電集團(tuán)總醫(yī)院收治的充血性心力衰竭患者84例，按照治療方法的差別分為對照組和治療組，每組各42例。對照組給予米力農(nóng)注射液，50 μg/kg加入到5%葡萄糖溶液20 mL中，5～10 min緩慢靜脈注射，而后0.5 μg/（kg·min）加入到0.9%氯化鈉溶液50 mL，持續(xù)3 h泵入。治療組在對照組基礎(chǔ)上口服麝香保心丸，2丸/次，3次/d。兩組患者均治療14 d。觀察兩組的臨床療效，比較兩組腦鈉肽（BNP）、糖鏈抗原125（CA125）、左心室射血分?jǐn)?shù)（LVEF）、舒張末期內(nèi)徑（LEDD）、每搏輸出量（SV）、心輸出量（CO）、心臟指數(shù)（CI）的情況。結(jié)果 治療后，對照組和治療組的總有效率分別為76.19%、95.24%，兩組比較差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義（P<0.05）。治療后，兩組LVEF、SV、CO和CI均明顯升高，而LEDD、BNP和CA125均明顯降低，同組治療前后比較差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義（P<0.05）；且治療組這些觀察指標(biāo)的改善程度明顯優(yōu)于對照組，兩組比較差異具有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義（P<0.05）。結(jié)論 麝香保心丸聯(lián)合米力農(nóng)注射液治療充血性心力衰竭具有較好的臨床療效，可明顯改善患者心臟功能，升高LVEF、SV、CO和CI，降低LEDD、BNP和CA125，具有一定的臨床推廣應(yīng)用價值。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Shexiang Baoxin Pills combined with Milrinone Injection in treatment of congestive heart failure. Methods Patients (84 cases) with congestive heart failure in Wanbei Coal-Electricity Group General Hospital from March 2014 to March 2016 were enrolled in this study. According to the difference treatment plan, patients were divided into control and treatment groups, and each group had 42 cases. Patients in the control group were iv administered with Milrinone Injection, 50 μg/kg added into 5% glucose solution 20 mL, slow intravenous injection for 5-10 min, and then 0.5 μg/(kg·min) added into normal saline 50 mL, continuous pumping for 3 h. Patients in the treatment group were po administered with Shexiang Baoxin Pills on the basis of the control group, 2 pills/time, three times daily. Patients in two groups were treated for 14 d. After treatment, the clinical efficacies were evaluated, and BNP, CA125, LVEF, LEDD, SV, CO, and CI in two groups were compared. Results After treatment, the clinical efficacies in the control and treatment groups were 76.19% and 95.24%, respectively, and there was difference between two groups (P<0.05). After treatment, LVEF, SV, CO, and CI in two groups were significantly increased, but LEDD, BNP, and CA125 in two groups were significantly decreased, and the difference was statistically significant in the same group (P<0.05). And the observational indexes in the treatment group were significantly better than those in the control group, with significant difference between two groups (P<0.05). Conclusion Shexiang Baoxin Pills combined with Milrinone Injection has clinical curative effect in treatment of congestive heart failure, can improve heart function, increase LVEF, SV, CO, and CI, and decrease LEDD, BNP, and CA125, which has a certain clinical application value.
