目的 探討健胃愈瘍片聯(lián)合鋁碳酸鎂和奧美拉唑治療胃潰瘍的臨床療效。方法 選取2015年1月-2016年1月在重慶市人口和計(jì)劃生育科學(xué)技術(shù)研究院附屬醫(yī)院接受治療的胃潰瘍者66例，隨機(jī)分組法分為對照組和治療組，每組各33例。對照組口服鋁碳酸鎂片，2片/次，3次/d；并口服艾司奧美拉唑鎂腸溶片，20 mg/次，2次/d。治療組在對照組基礎(chǔ)上口服健胃愈瘍片，4片/次，4次/d。兩組患者均治療4周。觀察兩組的臨床療效，比較兩組的血清學(xué)指標(biāo)、臨床癥狀評分和幽門螺旋桿菌（HP）清除率的情況。結(jié)果 治療后，對照組和治療組的總有效率分別為81.82%、96.97%，兩組比較差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P<0.05）。治療后，兩組MDA、SOD和NO水平均顯著升高，同組治療前后比較差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P<0.05）；且治療組這些觀察指標(biāo)的升高程度明顯優(yōu)于對照組，兩組比較差異具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P<0.05）。治療后，兩組臨床癥狀積分均明顯降低，同組治療前后比較差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P<0.05）；且治療組臨床癥狀積分的下降程度明顯優(yōu)于對照組，兩組比較差異具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P<0.05）。治療后，對照組和治療組HP清除率分別為58.62%、83.33%，兩組比較差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P<0.05）。結(jié)論 健胃愈瘍片聯(lián)合鋁碳酸鎂和奧美拉唑治療胃潰瘍具有較好的臨床療效，可明顯改善患者臨床癥狀和血清學(xué)指標(biāo)，提高HP清除率，具有一定的臨床推廣應(yīng)用價值。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Jianwei Yuyang Tablets combined with hydrotalcite and omeprazole in treatment of gastric ulcer. Methods Patients (66 cases) with gastric ulcer in Chongqing City Population and Family Planning Science and Technology Research Institute Affiliated Hospital from January 2015 to January 2016 were randomly divided into control and treatment groups, and each group had 33 cases. Patients in the control group were po administered with Hydrotalcite Tablets, 2 tablets/time, three times daily. And patients in the control group were also po administered with Esomeprazole Magnesium Enteric-coated Tablets, 2 tablets/time, twice daily. Patients in the treatment group were po administered with Jianwei Yuyang Tablets on the basis of the control group, 4 tablets/time, four times daily. Patients in two groups were treated for 4 weeks. After treatment, the clinical efficacies were evaluated, and serological indexes, clinical symptom scores, and HP clearance rates in two groups were compared. Results After treatment, the clinical efficacies in the control and treatment groups were 81.82% and 96.97%, respectively, and there was difference between two groups (P<0.05). After treatment, the levels of MDA, SOD, and NO in two groups were significantly increased, and the difference was statistically significant in the same group (P<0.05). And the observational indexes in the treatment group were significantly higher than those in the control group, with significant difference between two groups (P<0.05). After treatment, the clinical symptom scores in two groups were significantly decreased, and the difference was statistically significant in the same group (P<0.05). And the clinical symptom score in the treatment group was significantly lower than that in the control group, with significant difference between two groups (P<0.05). After treatment, HP clearance rates in the control and treatment groups were 58.62% and 83.33%, respectively, and there was difference between two groups (P<0.05). Conclusion Jianwei Yuyang Tablets combined with hydrotalcite and omeprazole has clinical curative effect in treatment of gastric ulcer, can improve clinical symptom and serological index, and increase HP clearance rate, which has a certain clinical application value.
