目的 觀察內(nèi)消瘰疬片聯(lián)合聚桂醇注射液治療甲狀腺囊腫的臨床療效。方法 選取綿陽(yáng)市中心醫(yī)院2015年1月-2015年12月收治的甲狀腺囊腫患者106例，隨機(jī)分為對(duì)照組和治療組，每組各53例。對(duì)照組患者按抽吸囊液量的1/8于囊腔內(nèi)注入聚桂醇注射液，根據(jù)囊腫縮小情況每7天治療1次，共治療1～3次。治療組在對(duì)照組的治療基礎(chǔ)上口服內(nèi)消瘰疬片，4片/次，2次/d。兩組均連續(xù)治療12周。觀察兩組臨床療效，比較兩組治療前后促甲狀腺激素（TSH）、血白細(xì)胞計(jì)數(shù)（WBC）、丙氨酸轉(zhuǎn)氨酶（ALT）指標(biāo)水平變化。結(jié)果 治療后，對(duì)照組和治療組總有效率分別為81.13%和94.34%，兩組總有效率比較差異具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P<0.05）。治療后，同組及組間TSH、WBC和ALT指標(biāo)水平比較差異均無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義。結(jié)論 內(nèi)消瘰疬片聯(lián)合聚桂醇注射液治療甲狀腺囊腫療效確切，癥狀改善明顯，具有一定的臨床推廣應(yīng)用價(jià)值。

Objective To observe the clinical curative effect of n Neixiao Luoli Tablets combined with Lauromacrogol Injection in treatment of thyroid cyst. Methods Patients (106 cases) with thyroid cyst in Mianyang Central Hospital from January 2015 to December 2015 were randomly divided into the control and treatment groups, and each group had 53 cases. The patients in the control group were intra capsular iv administered with Lauromacrogol Injection, the dosage was equal to 1/8 of cystic fluid volume, 1 time every 7 d according to the situation of cyst narrowing, and total treatment for 1-3 times. The patients in the treatment group were po administered with Neixiao Luoli Tablets on the basis of the control group, 4 tablets/time, twice daily. Patients in two groups were treated for 12 weeks. After treatment, the clinical efficacy was evaluated, and TSH, WBC, and ALT level in two groups was compared. Results After treatment, the clinical efficacy in the treatment group was 94.34%, which was significantly higher than that (81.13%) of the control group, and there were differences between two groups (P<0.05). There was no significant difference on the levels of TSH, WBC, and ALT in the same group and between two groups. Conclusion Neixiao Luoli Tablets combined with Lauromacrogol Injection has a significant curative effect in treatment of thyroid cyst, can significantly improve the symptoms, which has a certain clinical application value.
