目的 探討銀花泌炎靈片聯(lián)合萘哌地爾治療慢性前列腺炎的臨床療效。方法 選取2015年1月-2015年12月無錫市人民醫(yī)院收治的慢性前列腺炎患者106例，隨機(jī)分為對照組和治療組，每組各53例。對照組睡前口服萘哌地爾片，25 mg/次，1次/d。治療組在對照組基礎(chǔ)上口服銀花泌炎靈片，4片/次，3次/d。兩組患者均治療8周。觀察兩組的臨床療效，比較兩組殘余尿量（PVR）、最大尿流率（Q_max）、平均尿流率（Q_ave）、巨噬細(xì)胞炎性蛋白-2（MIP-2）和超敏C反應(yīng)蛋白（hs-CRP）情況。結(jié)果 治療后，對照組和治療組的總有效率分別為69.81%、88.68%，兩組比較差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P<0.05）。治療后，兩組PVR均顯著下降，而Q_max和Q_ave均顯著升高，同組治療前后比較差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P<0.05）；且治療組這些觀察指標(biāo)的改善程度明顯優(yōu)于對照組，兩組比較差異具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P<0.05）。治療后，兩組MIP-2和hs-CRP均顯著下降，同組治療前后比較差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P<0.05）；且治療組這些觀察指標(biāo)的下降程度明顯優(yōu)于對照組，兩組比較差異具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P<0.05）。結(jié)論 銀花泌炎靈片聯(lián)合萘哌地爾治療慢性前列腺炎具有較好的臨床療效，可改善臨床癥狀，減輕炎癥反應(yīng)，具有一定的臨床推廣應(yīng)用價(jià)值。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Yinhua Miyanling Tablets combined with naftopidil in treatment of chronic prostatitis. Methods Patients (106 cases) with chronic prostatitis in Wuxi People's Hospital from January 2015 to December 2015 were randomly divided into control and treatment groups, and each group had 53 cases. Patients in the control group were po administered with Naftopidil Tablets before bedtime, 25 mg/time, once daily. Patients in the treatment group were po administered with Yinhua Miyanling Tablets on the basis of the control group, 4 tablets/time, three times daily. Patients in two groups were treated for 8 weeks. After treatment, the clinical efficacies were evaluated, and PVR, Q_max, Q_ave, MIP-2, and hs-CRP in two groups were compared. Results After treatment, the clinical efficacies in the control and treatment groups were 69.81% and 88.68%, respectively, and there was difference between two groups (P<0.05). After treatment, the PVR in two groups were significantly decreased, but Q_max and Q_ave in two groups were significantly increased, and the difference was statistically significant in the same group (P<0.05). And the observational indexes in the treatment group were significantly better than those in the control group, with significant difference between two groups (P<0.05). After treatment, MIP-2 and hs-CRP in two groups were significantly decreased, and the difference was statistically significant in the same group (P<0.05). And the observational indexes in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group, with significant difference between two groups (P<0.05). Conclusion Yinhua Miyanling Tablets combined with naftopidil has clinical curative effect in treatment of chronic prostatitis, can improve clinical symptoms, and relieve inflammatory reaction, which has a certain clinical application value.
