目的 探討一清膠囊聯(lián)合重組人干擾素α2b治療病毒性結(jié)膜炎的臨床療效。方法 選取2014年5月-2015年12月蘇州明基醫(yī)院收治的病毒性結(jié)膜炎患者83例，隨機(jī)分為對(duì)照組（41例）與治療組（42例）。對(duì)照組患者肌肉注射重組人干擾素α2b注射液，300萬(wàn)U/次，1次/d。治療組者在對(duì)照組的基礎(chǔ)上口服一清膠囊，1 g/次，3次/d。兩組患者均連續(xù)治療14 d。觀察比較兩組患者治療后臨床療效、疼痛消失時(shí)間、畏光流淚消失時(shí)間、平均治愈時(shí)間。結(jié)果 治療后，對(duì)照組患者總有效率為90.24%，顯著低于治療組的100.00%，兩組比較差異具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P<0.05）。治療后，治療組患者疼痛消失時(shí)間、畏光流淚消失時(shí)間及平均治愈時(shí)間均顯著短于治療后對(duì)照組，兩組比較差異具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P<0.05）。結(jié)論 一清膠囊聯(lián)合重組人干擾素α2b治療病毒性結(jié)膜炎療效顯著，能縮短治療時(shí)間，具有一定的臨床推廣應(yīng)用價(jià)值。

Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of Yiqing Capsules combined with interferon in the treatment of viral conjunctivitis. Methods Patients (83 cases) with viral conjunctivitis in Suzhou BenQ Hospital from May 2014 to December 2015 were randomly divided into control (41 cases) and treatment (42 cases) groups. Patients in the control group were im administered with Recombinant Human Interferon α2b Injection, 3 million U/time, once daily. Patients in the treatment group were po administered with Yiqing Capsules on the basis of the control group, 1 g/time, three times daily. Patients in two groups were treated for 14 d. After treatment, the clinical efficacy, the disappearing time of pain and phengophobia tears, and the average healing time in two groups were compared. Results After treatment, the clinical efficacy in the control group was 90.24%, which was significantly lower than that (100.00%) of the treatment group, and there were differences between two groups (P<0.05). After treatment, the disappearing time of pain and phengophobia tears, and the average healing time in the treatment group were significantly shorter than those in the control group, with significant difference between two groups (P<0.05). Conclusion Yiqing Capsules combined with interferon has a significant effect in the treatment of viral conjunctivitis, can shorten the therapy time, which has a certain clinical application value.
