目的 探討松齡血脈康膠囊聯(lián)合非洛地平片治療高血壓的臨床療效。方法 選取2015年10月—2016年10月在上海市楊浦區(qū)五角場街道社區(qū)衛(wèi)生服務(wù)中心接受治療的高血壓患者86例為研究對象，根據(jù)治療方案的不同分為對照組和治療組，每組各43例。對照組口服非洛地平片，1片/次，2次/d。治療組在對照組基礎(chǔ)上口服松齡血脈康膠囊，3粒/次，3次/d。兩組患者均治療4周。觀察兩組的臨床療效，比較兩組的生活質(zhì)量評分和血壓變化。結(jié)果 治療后，對照組和治療組的總有效率分別為81.40%、97.67%，兩組比較差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義（P > 0.05）。治療后，兩組軀體癥狀評分均顯著下降，而健康愉快感評分、工作表現(xiàn)評分和生活滿意度評分均顯著升高，同組治療前后比較差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義（P < 0.05）；且治療組這些觀察指標(biāo)的改善程度明顯優(yōu)于對照組，兩組比較差異具有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義（P < 0.05）。治療后，兩組患者收縮壓（SBP）和舒張壓（DBP）均明顯降低，同組治療前后比較差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義（P < 0.05）；且治療組這些觀察指標(biāo)的降低程度明顯優(yōu)于對照組，兩組比較差異具有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義（P < 0.05）。結(jié)論 松齡血脈康膠囊聯(lián)合非洛地平片治療高血壓具有較好的臨床療效，可明顯提高患者生活質(zhì)量，降低患者血壓，具有一定的臨床推廣應(yīng)用價值。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Songling Xuemaikang Capsules combined with Felodipine Tablets in treatment of hypertension. Methods Patients (86 cases) with hypertension in Shanghai Yangpu District Wujiaochang Street Community Health Service Center from October 2015 to October 2016 were enrolled in this study. According to the difference treatment plan, patients were divided into control and treatment groups, and each group had 43 cases. Patients in the control group were po administered with Felodipine Tablets, 1 tablet/time, twice daily. Patients in the treatment group were po administered with Songling Xuemaikang Capsules on the basis of the control group, 3 grains/time, three times daily. Patients in two groups were treated for four weeks. After treatment, the clinical efficacies were evaluated, and quality of life scores and blood pressure change in two groups were compared. Results After treatment, the clinical efficacies in the control and treatment groups were 81.40% and 97.67%, respectively, and there was difference between two groups (P < 0.05). After treatment, the somatic symptoms scores in two groups were significantly decreased, but the scores of health pleasure, job performance and life satisfaction, and the difference was statistically significant in the same group (P < 0.05). And the observational indexes in the treatment group were significantly better than those in the control group, with significant difference between two groups (P < 0.05). After treatment, SBP and DBP in two groups were significantly decreased, and the difference was statistically significant in the same group (P < 0.05). And the observational indexes in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group, with significant difference between two groups (P < 0.05). Conclusion Songling Xuemaikang Capsules combined with Felodipine Tablets has clinical curative effect in treatment of hypertension, can significantly improve the quality of life of patients, and reduce blood pressure, which has a certain clinical application value.
