目的 觀察貞芪扶正膠囊聯(lián)合異維A酸膠丸治療扁平疣的臨床療效。方法 選取2015年7月—2016年6月上海市第八人民醫(yī)院收治106例扁平疣患者，隨機分為對照組和治療組，每組各53例。對照組患者口服異維A酸膠丸，10 mg/次，2次/d；治療組患者在對照組基礎上口服貞芪扶正膠囊，4粒次，2次/d。兩組患者均連續(xù)治療4周。比較兩組患者治療前后臨床療效、血清免疫球蛋白IgG和外周血T淋巴細胞亞群水平，并觀察患者不良反應情況。結(jié)果 治療后，對照組和治療組的總有效率分別為69.81%和88.68%，兩組比較差異有統(tǒng)計學意義（P < 0.05）。治療后，兩組患者IgG、CD³⁺和CD⁴⁺水平均比治療前顯著升高，同組比較差異具有統(tǒng)計學意義（P < 0.05）；且治療組上述指標升高情況顯著好于對照組，兩組比較差異具有統(tǒng)計學意義（P < 0.05）。結(jié)論 貞芪扶正膠囊聯(lián)合異維A酸膠丸治療扁平疣，臨床療效確切，皮損改善明顯，具有一定的臨床推廣應用價值。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of Zhenqi Fuzheng Capsules combined with Isotretinoin Soft Capsules in treatment of flat wart.Methods Patients (106 cases) with flat wart in the Eighth People's Hospital of Shanghai from July 2015 to June 2016 were randomly divided into control and treatment groups, and each group had 53 cases. Patients in the control group were po administered with Isotretinoin Soft Capsules, 10 mg/time, twice daily. Patients in the treatment group were po administered with Zhenqi Fuzheng Capsules on the basis of the control group, 4 granules/time, twice daily. Patients in two groups were treated for four weeks. After treatment, the clinical efficacy, serum immunoglobulin IgG and peripheral blood T lymphocyte subsets in two groups before and after treatment were compared, and the adverse reaction was observed. Results After treatment, the clinical efficacies in the control and treatment groups were 69.81% and 88.68% respectively, and there was difference between two groups (P < 0.05). After treatment, IgG, CD³⁺, and CD⁴⁺ level in two groups significantly increased, the difference was statistically significant in the same group (P < 0.05). And the increase of those indicators in the treatment group was significantly better than that in the control group, with significant difference between two groups (P < 0.05). Conclusion Zhenqi Fuzheng Capsules combined with Isotretinoin Soft Capsules has an exact clinical curative effect in treatment of flat wart with significant skin lesions improvement, which has a certain clinical application value.
