目的 探討復(fù)方甘草酸苷片聯(lián)合枸地氯雷他定片治療慢性特發(fā)性蕁麻疹的臨床療效。方法 選取2015年1月—2016年3月赤峰市醫(yī)院皮膚科收治的慢性特發(fā)性蕁麻疹患者124例，隨機分為對照組和治療組，每組各62例。對照組口服枸地氯雷他定片，1片/次，1次/d。治療組在對照組基礎(chǔ)上餐后口服復(fù)方甘草酸苷片，50 mg/次，3次/d。兩組患者均連續(xù)治療28 d。觀察兩組的臨床療效，比較兩組的癥狀評分、細(xì)胞因子和抗體免疫球蛋白E（IgE）。結(jié)果 治療后，對照組和治療組的總有效率分別為75.81%、91.94%，兩組比較差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義（P < 0.05）。治療后，兩組瘙癢程度、風(fēng)團數(shù)量、風(fēng)團直徑、持續(xù)時間、發(fā)作次數(shù)、總評分均顯著下降，同組治療前后比較差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義（P < 0.05）；且治療組這些觀察指標(biāo)的下降程度明顯優(yōu)于對照組，兩組比較差異具有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義（P < 0.05）。治療后，兩組白細(xì)胞介素-2（IL-2）、白細(xì)胞介素-12（IL-12）、γ-干擾素（IFN-γ）水平顯著升高，而白細(xì)胞介素-4（IL-4）、白細(xì)胞介素-8（IL-8）、IgE水平顯著降低，同組治療前后比較差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義（P < 0.05）；且治療組這些觀察指標(biāo)的改善程度明顯優(yōu)于對照組，兩組比較差異具有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義（P < 0.05）。結(jié)論 復(fù)方甘草酸苷片聯(lián)合枸地氯雷他定片治療慢性特發(fā)性蕁麻疹具有較好的臨床療效，能改善臨床癥狀，升高IL-2、IL-12、IFN-γ水平，降低IL-4、IL-8、IgE水平，具有一定的臨床推廣應(yīng)用價值。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Compound Glycyrrhizin Tablets combined with Desloratadine Citrate Disodium Tablets in treatment of chronic idiopathic urticaria. Methods Patients (124 cases) with chronic idiopathic urticaria in Department of Dermatology of Chifeng Municipal Hospital from January 2015 to March 2016 were randomly divided into control and treatment groups, and each group had 62 cases. Patients in the control group were po administered with Desloratadine Citrate Disodium Tablets, 1 tablet/time, once daily. Patients in the treatment group were po administered with Compound Glycyrrhizin Tablets on the basis of the control group after meal, 50 mg/time, three times daily. Patients in two groups were treated for 28 d. After treatment, the clinical efficacies were evaluated, and symptom scores, cytokines, and antibody IgE in two groups were compared. Results After treatment, the clinical efficacies in the control and treatment groups were 75.81% and 91.94%, respectively, and there was difference between two groups (P < 0.05). After treatment, pruritus, wheal number, wheal diameter, duration, seizure frequency, and total score in two groups were significantly decreased, and the difference was statistically significant in the same group (P < 0.05). And the observational indexes in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group, with significant difference between two groups (P < 0.05). After treatment, IL-2, IL-12, and IFN-γ levels in two groups were significantly increased, but IL-4, IL-8, and IgE levels in two groups were significantly decreased, and the difference was statistically significant in the same group (P < 0.05). And the observational indexes in the treatment group were significantly better than those in the control group, with significant difference between two groups (P < 0.05). Conclusion Compound Glycyrrhizin Tablets combined with Desloratadine Citrate Disodium Tablets has clinical curative effect in treatment of chronic idiopathic urticaria, can improve clinical symptoms, can increase the levels of IL-2, IL-12, and IFN-γ, and decrease the levels of IL-4, IL-8, and IgE, which has a certain clinical application value.
