目的 探討萬(wàn)通筋骨片聯(lián)合曲安奈德注射液治療肩關(guān)節(jié)周?chē)椎呐R床療效。方法 選取2015年9月—2016年9月在河南科技大學(xué)第一附屬醫(yī)院新區(qū)醫(yī)院接受治療的肩關(guān)節(jié)周?chē)谆颊?8例，按照治療方法的差別分成對(duì)照組和治療組，每組各44例。對(duì)照組于壓痛點(diǎn)注射曲安奈德注射液，80 mg/次，1次/周。治療組在對(duì)照組基礎(chǔ)上口服萬(wàn)通筋骨片，2片/次，3次/d。兩組患者均治療8周。觀察兩組的臨床療效，比較兩組的VAS評(píng)分、Mallet評(píng)分和肩關(guān)節(jié)活動(dòng)度。結(jié)果 治療后，對(duì)照組和治療組的總有效率分別為77.27%、95.45%，兩組比較差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P < 0.05）。治療后，兩組VAS評(píng)分均顯著降低，而Mallet評(píng)分均明顯升高，同組治療前后比較差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P < 0.05）；且治療組這些觀察指標(biāo)的改善程度明顯優(yōu)于對(duì)照組，兩組比較差異具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P < 0.05）。治療后，治療組患者上肢外展、前屈、后伸角度均好于對(duì)照組，兩組比較差異具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P < 0.05）。結(jié)論 萬(wàn)通筋骨片聯(lián)合曲安奈德注射液治療肩關(guān)節(jié)周?chē)拙哂休^好的臨床療效，可明顯緩解患者肩關(guān)節(jié)疼痛，改善肩關(guān)節(jié)功能，具有一定的臨床推廣應(yīng)用價(jià)值。

Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of Wantong Jingu Tablets combined with Triamcinolone Acetonide Injection in treatment of periarthritis. Methods Patients (88 cases) with periarthritis in the First Affiliated Hospital New District Hospital of Henan University of Science and Technology from September 2015 to September 2016 were enrolled in this study. According to the difference treatment plan, patients were divided into control and treatment groups, and each group had 44 cases. Patients in the control group were injection administered with Triamcinolone Acetonide Injection at tenderness point, 80 mg/time, once weekly. Patients in the treatment group were po administered with Wantong Jingu Tablets on the basis of the control group, 2 tablets/ time, three times daily. Patients in two groups were treated for eight weeks. After treatment, the clinical efficacies were evaluated, and VAS score, Mallet score, and shoulder joint activity in two groups were compared. Results After treatment, the clinical efficacies in the control and treatment groups were 77.27% and 95.45%, respectively, and there was difference between two groups (P < 0.05). After treatment, the VAS scores in two groups were significantly decreased, but the Mallet scores in two groups were significantly increased, and the difference was statistically significant in the same group (P < 0.05). And the observational indexes in the treatment group were significantly better than those in the control group, with significant difference between two groups (P < 0.05). After treatment, abduction angle, flexion angle, and extension angle of upper limb in the treatment group were better than those in the control group, and there was difference between two groups (P < 0.05). Conclusion Wantong Jingu Tablets combined with Triamcinolone Acetonide Injection has clinical curative effect in treatment of periarthritis, can significantly relieve shoulder pain, and improve shoulder function, which has a certain clinical application value.
