目的 探討貝前列素鈉片聯(lián)合前列地爾注射液治療老年慢性腎衰竭的臨床療效。方法 選取2016年6月—2017年1月三門峽市中心醫(yī)院收治的老年慢性腎衰竭患者68例，所有患者按照隨機(jī)數(shù)字表法分為對(duì)照組和治療組，每組各34例。對(duì)照組靜脈滴注前列地爾注射液，10 μg加入到生理鹽水100 mL中，輸注時(shí)間1～1.5 h，1次/d，連續(xù)治療4周。治療組靜脈滴注前列地爾注射液，用法用量同對(duì)照組，連續(xù)治療2周；然后口服貝前列素鈉片，40 μg/次，3次/d，連續(xù)治療2周。觀察兩組的臨床療效，比較兩組的腎功能、血脂和血液流變學(xué)的情況。結(jié)果 治療后，對(duì)照組和治療組的總有效率分別為67.65%、88.24%，兩組比較差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P< 0.05）。治療后，兩組血肌酐（Scr）、腎小球?yàn)V過率（GFR）、24 h尿蛋白定量顯著降低，而血胱抑素（Cys-C）顯著升高，同組治療前后比較差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P< 0.05）；且治療組這些觀察指標(biāo)的改善程度明顯優(yōu)于對(duì)照組，兩組比較差異具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P< 0.05）。治療后，兩組總膽固醇（TC）、三酰甘油（TG）、全血低切黏度和全血高切黏度均顯著降低，同組治療前后比較差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P< 0.05）；且治療組這些觀察指標(biāo)明顯低于對(duì)照組，兩組比較差異具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P< 0.05）。結(jié)論 貝前列素鈉片聯(lián)合前列地爾注射液治療老年慢性腎衰竭具有較好的臨床療效，能改善腎功能，調(diào)節(jié)血脂和血液黏度，具有一定的臨床推廣應(yīng)用價(jià)值。

Objective To investigate the effect of Beraprost Sodium Tablets combined with Alprostadil Injection in treatment of senile chronic renal failure. Methods Elderly patients (68 cases) with chronic renal failure in Sanmenxia Central Hospital from June 2016 to January 2017 were randomly divided into control and treatment groups, and each group had 34 cases. Patients in the control group were iv administered with Alprostadil Injection, 10 μg added into 100 mL normal saline, infusion time for 1-1.5 h, once daily, treated for 4 weeks. Patients in the treatment group were iv administered with Alprostadil Injection, usage and dosage same as the control group, treated for 2 weeks, then patients in the treatment group were po administered with Beraprost Sodium Tablets, 40 μg/time, three times daily, treated for 2 weeks. After treatment, the clinical efficacies were evaluated, and renal function, blood lipid, and hemorheology were compared. Results After treatment, the clinical efficacies in the control and treatment groups were 67.65% and 88.24%, respectively, and there was difference between two groups (P < 0.05). After treatment, Scr, GFR, and 24 h urine protein quantity in two groups were significantly decreased, but the Cys-C in two groups were significantly increased, and the difference was statistically significant in the same group (P < 0.05). And the observational indexes in the treatment group were significantly better than those in the control group, with significant difference between two groups (P < 0.05). After treatment, TC, TG, whole blood low shear viscosity, and whole blood high shear viscosity in two groups were significantly decreased, and the difference was statistically significant in the same group (P < 0.05). And the observational indexes in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group, with significant difference between two groups (P < 0.05). Conclusion Beraprost Sodium Tablets combined with Alprostadil Injection has clinical curative effect in treatment of senile chronic renal failure, can improve renal function and regulate blood lipid, and blood viscosity, which has a certain clinical application value.
