[摘要]
目的 探討強(qiáng)骨膠囊聯(lián)合鹿瓜多肽注射液治療老年原發(fā)性骨質(zhì)疏松癥的臨床療效。方法 選取2016年3月—2017年3月湖北醫(yī)藥學(xué)院附屬人民醫(yī)院(十堰市人民醫(yī)院)收治的老年原發(fā)性骨質(zhì)疏松癥患者102例,根據(jù)用藥的差別分成對(duì)照組和治療組,每組各51例。對(duì)照組靜脈滴注鹿瓜多肽注射液,10 mL與5%葡萄糖溶液250 mL配伍,1次/d。治療組在對(duì)照組基礎(chǔ)上口服強(qiáng)骨膠囊,1粒/次,3次/d。兩組患者均治療4周后進(jìn)行療效評(píng)價(jià)。觀察兩組的臨床療效,比較兩組治療前后VAS評(píng)分、ODI評(píng)分、骨密度(BMD)和血清學(xué)相關(guān)指標(biāo)的變化情況。結(jié)果 治療后,對(duì)照組和治療組總有效率分別為80.39%、96.08%,兩組比較差異具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P< 0.05)。兩組治療后血清轉(zhuǎn)化生長(zhǎng)因子-β1(TGF-β1)、Ⅰ型原膠原N-端前肽(PINP)、骨鈣素(BGP)、骨堿性磷酸酶(ALP)均顯著升高,抗酒石酸酸性磷酸酶(TRACP)水平顯著降低,同組治療前后差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P< 0.05);治療后,治療組TGF-β1、PINP、BGP、ALP高于對(duì)照組,TRACP水平低于對(duì)照組,兩組比較差異具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P< 0.05)。結(jié)論 強(qiáng)骨膠囊聯(lián)合鹿瓜多肽治療老年原發(fā)性骨質(zhì)疏松癥具有較好的臨床療效,可有效改善患者疼痛,增加BMD及改善骨代謝指標(biāo),具有一定的臨床推廣應(yīng)用價(jià)值。

[Abstract]
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of Qianggu Capsules combined with Cervus and Cucumis Polypeptide Injection in treatment of senile primary osteoporosis. Methods Patients (102 cases) with senile primary osteoporosis in the Affiliated People's Hospital of Hubei Medical College (Shiyan People's Hospital) from March 2016 to March 2017 were divided into control (51 cases) and treatment (51 cases) groups based on different treatments. Patients in the control group were iv administered with Cervus and Cucumis Polypeptide Injection, 10 mL added into 5% glucose solution 250 mL, once daily. Patients in the treatment group were po administered with Qianggu Capsules on the basis of the control group, 1 grain/time, three times daily. Patients in two groups were treated for 4 weeks. After treatment, the clinical efficacies were evaluated, and the changes of VAS score, ODI score, bone density (BMD) and blood related indicators in two groups before and after treatment were compared. Results After treatment, After treatment, the clinical efficacies in the control and treatment groups were 80.39% and 96.08%, respectively, and there was difference between two groups (P < 0.05). After treatment, TGF-β1, PINP, BGP, and ALP were significantly increased, but TRACP in two groups were significantly decreased, and the difference was statistically significant in the same group (P < 0.05). After treatment, TGF-β1, PINP, BGP, and ALP in the treatment group were higher than those in the control group, but TRACP in the treatment group were significantly lower than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant between two groups (P < 0.05). Conclusion Qianggu Capsules combined with Cervus and Cucumis Polypeptide Injection has clinical curative effect in treatment of senile primary osteoporosis, and can effectively improve pain situation, also can increase BMD and improve bone metabolism indexes, which has a certain clinical application value.
