目的 探討腸炎寧膠囊治療慢性遷延性腹瀉的臨床療效。方法 選取2015年9月-2016年11月在齊齊哈爾醫(yī)學(xué)院附屬第三醫(yī)院診治的慢性遷延性腹瀉患者100例，隨機分為對照組和治療組，每組各50例。對照組口服復(fù)方黃連素片，4片/次，3次/d。治療組口服腸炎寧膠囊，5粒/次，3次/d。兩組患者均治療4周。評價兩組患者臨床療效，同時比較治療前后兩組患者主要癥狀體征療效和止瀉時間。結(jié)果 對照組患者總有效率和愈顯率分別為74.00%和36.00%，均分別顯著低于治療組的92.00%和66.00%，兩組總有效率和愈顯率比較差異均有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義（P<0.05）。治療后，治療組排便次數(shù)和糞便性狀改善情況均顯著優(yōu)于對照組，兩組比較差異具有統(tǒng)計學(xué)差異（P<0.05）。治療后，治療組患者平均止瀉時間顯著短于對照組，兩組比較差異具有統(tǒng)計學(xué)差異（P<0.05）。結(jié)論 腸炎寧膠囊可以有效改善慢性遷延性腹瀉患者的癥狀體征，具有一定的臨床推廣應(yīng)用價值。

Objective To investigate the efficacy of Changyanning Capsules in treatment of chronic persistent diarrhea. Methods Patients (100 cases) with chronic persistent diarrhea in the Third Affiliated Hospital of Qiqihar Medical Univeisity from September 2015 to November 2016 were randomly divided into control and treatment groups, and each group had 50 cases. Patients in the control group were po administered with Compound Huangliansu Tablets, 4 tablets/time, three times daily. Patients in the treatment group were po administered with Changyanning Capsules, 5 grains/time, three times daily. Patients in two groups were treated for 4 weeks. After treatment, the clinical efficacy was evaluated, and the primary symptoms and signs efficacy, and the average antidiarrheal time in two groups before and after treatment were compared. Results After treatment, clinical efficacy and markedly effective rate in the control group were 74.00% and 36.00%, which were significantly lower than 92.00% and 66.00% in the treatment group, respectively, and there were differences between two groups (P<0.05). After treatment, the improvement of the defecation frequency and fecal property in the treatment group was significantly better than that in the control group, with significant difference between two groups (P<0.05). After treatment, the average antidiarrheal time in the treatment group was significantly shorter than that in the control group, with significant difference between two groups (P<0.05). Conclusion Changyanning Capsules can effectively improve the symptoms and signs in treatment of chronic persistent diarrhea, which has a certain clinical application value.
