目的 探討依卡倍特鈉顆粒聯(lián)合西咪替丁片治療胃潰瘍的臨床療效。方法 選取2016年2月-2017年2月在延安市人民醫(yī)院進行治療的胃潰瘍患者96例為研究對象，入組患者按照治療藥物的差別分為對照組和治療組，每組各48例。對照組口服西咪替丁片，0.2 g/次，2次/d。治療組在對照組基礎上口服依卡倍特鈉顆粒，1 g/次，2次/d。兩組患者均治療4周。觀察兩組的臨床療效，比較兩組的臨床癥狀評分、血清多肽類激素和細胞因子水平。結(jié)果 治療后，對照組和治療組的總有效率分別為81.25%、95.83%，兩組比較差異有統(tǒng)計學意義（P<0.05）。治療后，兩組胃脘隱痛、納呆少食和嘔吐評分均顯著降低，同組治療前后比較差異有統(tǒng)計學意義（P<0.05）；且治療組這些觀察指標明顯低于對照組，兩組比較差異具有統(tǒng)計學意義（P<0.05）。治療后，兩組血清胃動素（MTL）、胃泌素（GAS）水平均顯著降低，生長抑素（SS）水平均顯著升高，同組治療前后比較差異有統(tǒng)計學意義（P<0.05）；且治療組這些觀察指標的改善程度明顯優(yōu)于對照組，兩組比較差異具有統(tǒng)計學意義（P<0.05）。治療后，兩組血清血管內(nèi)皮生長因子（VEGF）、表皮生長因子（EGF）水平均顯著升高，白細胞介素-1（IL-1）、白細胞介素-8（IL-8）水平均顯著下降，同組治療前后比較差異有統(tǒng)計學意義（P<0.05）；且治療組這些觀察指標的改善程度明顯優(yōu)于對照組，兩組比較差異具有統(tǒng)計學意義（P<0.05）。結(jié)論 依卡倍特鈉顆粒聯(lián)合西咪替丁片治療胃潰瘍具有較好的臨床療效，可顯著改善臨床癥狀，調(diào)節(jié)血清胃腸激素水平及機體炎癥反應，具有一定的臨床推廣應用價值。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of Ecabet Sodium Granules combined with Cimetidine Tablets in treatment of gastric ulcer. Methods Patients (96 cases) with gastric ulcer in Yan'an People's Hospital from February 2016 to February 2017 were enrolled in this study. According to the difference treatment plan, patients were divided into control and treatment groups, and each group had 48 cases. Patients in the control group were po administered with Cimetidine Tablets, 0.2 g/time, twice daily. Patients in the treatment group were po administered with Ecabet Sodium Granules on the basis of the control group, 1 g/time, twice daily. Patients in two groups were treated for 4 weeks. After treatment, the clinical efficacies were evaluated, and clinical symptom scores, serum polypeptide hormone and serum cytokine levels in two groups were compared. Results After treatment, the clinical efficacies in the control and treatment groups were 81.25% and 95.83%, respectively, and there was difference between two groups (P<0.05). After treatment, the scores of epigastric pain, loss of appetite, and vomiting in two groups were significantly decreased, and the difference was statistically significant in the same group (P<0.05). And the observational indexes in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group, with significant difference between two groups (P<0.05). After treatment, the levels of MTL and GAS in two groups were significantly decreased, but the levels of SS in two groups were significantly increased, and the difference was statistically significant in the same group (P<0.05). And the observational indexes in the treatment group were significantly better than those in the control group, with significant difference between two groups (P<0.05). After treatment, the levels of VEGF and EGF in two groups were significantly increased, but the levels of IL-1 and IL-8 in two groups were significantly decreased, and the difference was statistically significant in the same group (P<0.05). And the observational indexes in the treatment group were significantly better than those in the control group, with significant difference between two groups (P<0.05). Conclusion Ecabet Sodium Granules combined with Cimetidine Tablets has clinical curative effect in treatment of gastric ulcer, can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients, and regulate the serum levels of gastrointestinal hormones and inflammatory response, which has a certain clinical application value.
