目的 探討舒血寧注射液聯(lián)合奧扎格雷治療下肢骨折患者深靜脈血栓的臨床效果。方法 選取2014年1月-2016年12月在天津中醫(yī)藥大學(xué)第一附屬醫(yī)院接受治療的120例下肢骨折術(shù)后發(fā)生下肢深靜脈血栓患者，隨機(jī)分為對照組（60例）和治療組（60例）。對照組患者靜脈滴注注射用奧扎格雷，80 mg加入到5%葡萄糖溶液250 mL，40滴/min，1次/d；治療組患者在對照組的基礎(chǔ)上靜脈滴注舒血寧注射液，20 mL加入到生理鹽水250 mL，40滴/min，1次/d，兩組連續(xù)治療14 d。觀察兩組的臨床療效，比較兩組患者治療后的凝血功能指標(biāo)、血液流變學(xué)指標(biāo)和不良反應(yīng)的變化情況。結(jié)果 治療后，治療組患者的臨床總有效率為93.3%，顯著高于對照組的76.7%，兩組比較差異具有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義（P<0.05）。治療后，兩組患者的激活部分凝血活酶時間和凝血酶原時間顯著升高，D-二聚體、纖維蛋白原顯著降低，同組治療前后差異具有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義（P<0.05）；且治療后治療組患者的凝血功能指標(biāo)明顯優(yōu)于對照組，兩組比較差異具有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義（P<0.05）；治療后，兩組患者的靜脈血流速度顯著升高，全血黏度顯著降低，同組治療前后差異具有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義（P<0.05）；且治療后治療組患者的血液流變學(xué)指標(biāo)明顯優(yōu)于對照組，兩組比較差異具有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義（P<0.05）。兩組患者在治療過程中未發(fā)生明顯不良反應(yīng)。結(jié)論 舒血寧注射液聯(lián)合奧扎格雷治療下肢骨折患者深靜脈血栓具有良好的臨床療效，能夠顯著改善凝血功能和血液流變學(xué)指標(biāo)，且不良反應(yīng)少，具有一定的臨床應(yīng)用價值。

Objective To explore the effect of Shuxuening Injection combined with ozagrel in treatment of patients with lower limb deep vein thrombus after fracture of lower limb. Methods Patients (120 cases) with lower limb deep vein thrombus after fracture of lower limb in First Teaching Hospital of Tianjin University of TCM from from January 2014 to December 2016 were randomly divided into control (60 cases) and treatment (60 cases) groups. Patients in the control group were iv administered with Sodium Ozagrel for injection, 80 mg added into 5% glucose injection 250 mL, 40 drops/min, once daily. Patients in the treatment group were iv administered with Shuxuening Injection, 20 mL added into normal saline 250 mL, 40 drops/min, once daily. Patients in two groups were treated for 14 d. After treatment, the clinical efficacy was evaluated, and the changes of coagulative function indexes, hemodynamic indexes, and adverse reaction in two groups were compared. Results After treatment, the clinical efficacy in the treatment group was 93.3%, which was significantly higher than 76.7% in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant between two groups (P<0.05). After treatment, activated partial thromboplastin time and prothrombin time in two groups were significantly increased, but D-dimer and fibrinogen were significantly decreased, and the difference was statistically significant in the same group (P<0.05). And coagulative function index in the treatment group were better than those in the control group, and there was difference between two groups (P<0.05). After treatment, retinal rein velocity in two groups was significantly increased,blood viscosity was significantly decreased, and the difference was statistically significant in the same group (P<0.05). And hemodynamic indexes in the treatment group were better than those in the control group, and there was difference between two groups (P<0.05). There was no significant adverse reaction in two groups during the treatment. Conclusion Shuxuening Injection combined with ozagrel has a significant effect in treatment of patients with lower limb deep vein thrombus after fracture of lower limb and can significantly improve coagulative function indexes and hemodynamic indexes with less adverse reaction, which has a certain clinical application value.
