目的 分析2014-2016年宜昌市中心人民醫(yī)院麻醉藥品的使用情況。方法 對(duì)2014-2016年宜昌市中心人民醫(yī)院麻醉藥品的銷售金額、臨床用途、使用量、用藥頻度（DDDs）、排序比（B/A）、限定日費(fèi)用（DDC）及藥物利用指數(shù)（DUI）等進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)分析。結(jié)果 2014-2016年麻醉藥品的銷售金額逐年上升，2015、2016年的增長(zhǎng)幅度較大；銷售金額居首位的是注射用鹽酸瑞芬太尼，其次是枸櫞酸芬太尼注射液、磷酸可待因片；DDDs排序居前列的包括鹽酸哌替啶注射液、枸櫞酸芬太尼注射液及磷酸可待因片；枸櫞酸芬太尼注射液、鹽酸嗎啡注射液的B/A在2016年趨近于1.0；DDC值排序居前列的包括注射用鹽酸瑞芬太尼和枸椽酸舒芬太尼注射液；磷酸可待因片、鹽酸哌替啶注射液及芬太尼透皮貼劑的DUI均≤ 1。結(jié)論 宜昌市中心人民醫(yī)院麻醉藥品的使用較為合理，基本符合WHO推薦的《癌癥三階梯止痛指導(dǎo)原則》的要求。

Objective To analyze the use of narcotic drugs in Yichang Central People's Hospital from 2014 to 2016. Methods The consumption sum, clinical applications, amounts, frequency of drug use (DDDs), order ratio (B/A), defined daily cost (DDC), and drug utility index (DUI) of narcotic drugs in Yichang Central People's Hospital from 2014 to 2016 were calculated and analyzed. Results Consumption sum of narcotic drugs increased year by year from 2014 to 2016, and the growth rate in 2015 and 2016 was larger. Consumption sum of Remifentanil Hydrochloride for injection ranked the first, followed by Fentanyl Citrate Injection and Codeine Phosphate Tablets. DDDs of Pethidine Hydrochloride Injection, Remifentanil Hydrochloride for injection and Codeine Phosphate Tablets ranked the top. B/A of Remifentanil Hydrochloride for injection and Morphine Hydrochloride Injection in 2016 were near to 1.0. DDC of Morphine Hydrochloride Injection and Citrafter Sufentanil Injection were listed in the forefront. DUI of Codeine Phosphate Tablets, Pethidine Hydrochloride Injection, and Fentanyl Transdermal Patches were lower than 1. Conclusion The use of narcotic drugs in Yichang Central People's Hospital is reasonable, which is in accordance with the requirements of WHO's "Guidelines for Three-step Stimulation of Cancer".
