黃酮類化合物是一類母核為苯并吡喃酮的多酚化合物的總稱，具有抗氧化、抗炎、抗腫瘤、心腦血管保護等多種生物活性。近年來研究顯示，黃酮類化合物在防治良性前列腺增生中具有一定的作用。綜述了黃酮類化合物防治良性前列腺增生作用機制的研究進展。

Flavonoids are the family of polyphenols containing the mother nucleus structure of benzopyrone. Flavonoids have the functions of antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, anti-tumor, cardiovascular, and cerebrovascular protections. Recent studies show that flavonoids play certain roles in the prevention and treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia. The aim of this article is to review the research progress on the mechanisms of flavonoids in the prevention and treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia.
