目的 探討乳酸菌素片聯(lián)合馬來(lái)酸曲美布汀片治療混合型腸易激綜合征的臨床療效。方法 選取2014年6月-2016年12月在漯河市中心醫(yī)院進(jìn)行治療的混合型腸易激綜合征患者80例為研究對(duì)象，根據(jù)用藥的差別將入組患者分為對(duì)照組和治療組，每組各40例。對(duì)照組口服馬來(lái)酸曲美布汀片，0.1 g/次，3次/d。治療組在對(duì)照組基礎(chǔ)上口服乳酸菌素片，2.4 g/次，3次/d。兩組患者均連續(xù)治療4周。觀察兩組的臨床療效，比較兩組的臨床癥狀評(píng)分和血清胃腸激素水平。結(jié)果 治療后，對(duì)照組和治療組的總有效率分別為82.50%、97.50%，兩組比較差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P<0.05）。治療后，兩組腹脹、腹痛、腹瀉、便秘評(píng)分和總評(píng)分均顯著降低，同組治療前后比較差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P<0.05）；且治療組這些觀察指標(biāo)明顯低于對(duì)照組，兩組比較差異具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P<0.05）。治療后，兩組血清血管活性腸肽（VIP）、胃動(dòng)素（MTL）水平均顯著降低，P物質(zhì)（SP）水平均顯著增加，同組治療前后比較差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P<0.05）；且治療組這些觀察指標(biāo)的改善程度明顯優(yōu)于對(duì)照組，兩組比較差異具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P<0.05）。結(jié)論 乳酸菌素片聯(lián)合馬來(lái)酸曲美布汀片治療混合型腸易激綜合征具有較好的臨床療效，可改善臨床癥狀，調(diào)節(jié)血清胃腸激素水平，具有一定的臨床推廣應(yīng)用價(jià)值。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Lacidophilin Tablets combined with Trimebutine Maleate Tablets in treatment of mixed type of irritable bowel syndrome. Methods Patients (80 cases) with mixed type of irritable bowel syndrome in Luohe Central Hospital from June 2014 to December 2016 were enrolled. According to the difference treatment plan, patients were divided into control and treatment groups, and each group had 40 cases. Patients in the control group were po administered with Trimebutine Maleate Tablets, 0.1 g/time, three times daily. Patients in the treatment group were po administered with Lacidophilin Tablets on the basis of the control group, 2.4 g/time, three times daily. Patients in two groups were treated for 4 weeks. After treatment, the clinical efficacies were evaluated, and clinical symptom scores and serum gastrointestinal hormone levels in two groups were compared. Results After treatment, the clinical efficacies in the control and treatment groups were 82.50% and 97.50%, respectively, and there was difference between two groups (P<0.05). After treatment, abdominal distension scores, abdominal pain scores, diarrhea scores, constipation scores, and total scores in two groups were significantly decreased, and the difference was statistically significant in the same group (P<0.05). And the observational indexes in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P<0.05). After treatment, the levels of VIP and MTL in two groups were significantly decreased, but the levels of SP in two groups were significantly increased, and the difference was statistically significant in the same group (P<0.05). And the observational indexes in the treatment group were significantly better than those in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Lacidophilin Tablets combined with Trimebutine Maleate Tablets has clinical curative effect in treatment of mixed type of irritable bowel syndrome, can improve clinical symptoms, and regulate serum gastrointestinal hormone levels, which has a certain clinical application value.
