目的 探究耳聾膠囊聯(lián)合天麻素注射液治療突發(fā)性耳聾的臨床療效。方法 選取2016年1月-2017年1月陜西省核工業(yè)二一五醫(yī)院耳鼻咽喉科收治的突發(fā)性耳聾患者161例為研究對(duì)象，所有患者隨機(jī)分為對(duì)照組（80例）和治療組（81例）。對(duì)照組肌內(nèi)注射天麻素注射液，2 mL/次，1次/d。治療組在對(duì)照組的基礎(chǔ)上口服耳聾膠囊，3粒/次，2次/d。兩組患者均治療4周。觀察兩組的臨床療效，比較兩組的言語(yǔ)頻率平均聽(tīng)閾、癥狀消失時(shí)間和聽(tīng)力損失情況。結(jié)果 治療后，對(duì)照組和治療組的總有效率分別為85.00%、97.53%，兩組比較差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P<0.05）。治療后，兩組言語(yǔ)頻率平均聽(tīng)閾均顯著降低，同組治療前后比較差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P<0.05）；且治療組言語(yǔ)頻率平均聽(tīng)閾明顯低于對(duì)照組，兩組比較差異具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P<0.05）。治療后，治療組嘔吐、頭暈、耳鳴消失時(shí)間明顯短于對(duì)照組，兩組比較差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P<0.05）。治療后，兩組輕度聽(tīng)力損失患者明顯增加，中重度、重度和極重度患者明顯降低，同組治療前后比較差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P<0.05）；且治療組中重度、重度和極重度患者明顯低于對(duì)照組，兩組比較差異具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P<0.05）。結(jié)論 耳聾膠囊聯(lián)合天麻素注射液治療突發(fā)性耳聾具有顯著的臨床療效，能夠改善患者的聽(tīng)力損失程度，縮短臨床癥狀消失時(shí)間，安全性較好，具有一定的臨床推廣應(yīng)用價(jià)值。

Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of Erlong Capsules combined with Gastrodin Injection in treatment of sudden deafness. Methods Patients (161 cases) with sudden deafness in Department of Otolaryngology Head and Neck Surgery of the No. 215 Hospital of Shaanxi Nuclear Industry from January 2016 to January 2017 were randomly divided into the control group (80 cases) and treatment group (81 cases). Patients in the control group were sc administered with Gastrodin Injection, 2 mL/time, once daily. Patients in the treatment group were po administered with Erlong Capsules on the basis of the control group, 3 grains/time, twice daily. Patients in two groups were treated for 4 weeks. After treatment, the clinical efficacies were evaluated, and speech frequency average hearing threshold, symptom disappearance time, and hearing loss in two groups were compared. Results After treatment, the clinical efficacies in the control and treatment groups were 85.00% and 97.53%, respectively, and there was difference between two groups (P<0.05). After treatment, the speech frequency average hearing thresholds in two groups were significantly decreased, and the difference was statistically significant in the same group (P<0.05). And the speech frequency average hearing thresholds in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group, with significant difference between two groups (P<0.05). After treatment, the symptom disappearance times of vomiting, dizziness, and tinnitus in the treatment group were significantly shorter than those in the control group, and there was difference between two groups (P<0.05). After treatment, patients with mild hearing loss in two groups were significantly increased, but patients with moderate, severe, and extremely severe hearing loss in two groups were significantly decreased, and the difference was statistically significant in the same group (P<0.05). And patients with moderate, severe, and extremely severe hearing loss in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group,with significant difference between two groups (P<0.05). Conclusion Erlong Capsules combined with Gastrodin Injection has clinical curative effect in treatment of sudden deafness, can improve the degree of hearing loss, and shorten symptom disappearance times, with good safety, which has a certain clinical application value.
