[摘要]
目的 探討氟哌啶醇所致不良反應(yīng)(ADR)的發(fā)生原因、規(guī)律、特點(diǎn),為臨床安全、合理用藥提供參照。方法 檢索1989年1月—2017年7月中國(guó)學(xué)術(shù)期刊(網(wǎng)絡(luò)版)、萬(wàn)方數(shù)字化期刊全文庫(kù)、中文科技期刊全文數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)(維普)及PubMed數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)收錄的全部中醫(yī)藥期刊,收集報(bào)道氟哌啶醇致不良反應(yīng)的文獻(xiàn)進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計(jì)和分析。結(jié)果 共檢索到94篇文獻(xiàn),122例病例。男性明顯多于女性,年齡集中在18~40歲。用藥1~7 d出現(xiàn)ADR的例數(shù)最多,占45.10%。氟哌啶醇引發(fā)的不良反應(yīng)主要涉及神經(jīng)系統(tǒng)、心血管系統(tǒng)、皮膚損害,其中神經(jīng)系統(tǒng)損害的患者63例,占51.6%,所占比例最高。心血管系統(tǒng)和皮膚損害ADR占比分別為14.8%、10.7%。結(jié)論 氟哌啶醇引發(fā)的不良反應(yīng)較為常見,臨床應(yīng)重視氟哌啶醇不良反應(yīng)的危害性,加強(qiáng)藥學(xué)監(jiān)護(hù),盡量避免或減少其所致不良反應(yīng)的發(fā)生,確?;颊哂盟幇踩?。

[Abstract]
Objective To investigate the reasons, rules, and characteristics of adverse drug reaction (ADR) induced by haloperidol, so as to provide references for clinical safe and rational use of drugs. Methods Chinese Academic Journal (online), Wangfang Database, Chinese Science and Technology Journal Full-text Database (VIP), and PubMed databases were retrieved from January 1989 to July 2017, and the documents of ADR induced by haloperidol were analyzed and discussed. Results A total of 94 literatures with 122 patients were retrieved. Men with ADR induced by haloperidol were more than women, and the ages of patients were mainly 18-40 years old. The most cases (45.1%) occured in the medication during 1-7 days. ADR induced by haloperidol mainly occured in nervous system, cardiovascular system, and skin damage, in which nervous system took the most ratios (63 cases, 82.69%). The constituent ratio of cardiovascular system and skin damage were 14.8% and 10.7%, respectively. Conclusion ADR induced by haloperidol is common in clinic. Importance should be attached to the danger of ADR induced by haloperidol and pharmaceutical care should be strengthened, to avoid or reduce the incidence of ADR to ensure medication safety.
