目的 探討縮泉膠囊聯(lián)合鹽酸坦索羅辛緩釋膠囊治療膀胱過(guò)度活動(dòng)癥的臨床療效。方法 選取2014年3月-2017年6月上海市青浦區(qū)中醫(yī)院收治的膀胱過(guò)度活動(dòng)癥患者105例為研究對(duì)象，根據(jù)治療方案不同分為對(duì)照組（53例）和治療組（52例）。對(duì)照組清晨飯后口服鹽酸坦索羅辛緩釋膠囊，0.2 mg/次，1次/d。治療組在對(duì)照組基礎(chǔ)上飯后口服縮泉膠囊，1.8 g/次，3次/d。兩組患者均連續(xù)治療8周。觀察兩組的臨床療效，比較兩組的排尿指標(biāo)、膀胱過(guò)度活動(dòng)癥癥狀（OABSS）評(píng)分和生活質(zhì)量評(píng)分。結(jié)果 治療后，對(duì)照組和治療組的總有效率分別為84.9%、92.3%，兩組比較差異具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P<0.05）。治療后，兩組24 h排尿、尿失禁、尿急、夜晚排尿次數(shù)均顯著下降，平均尿流量顯著升高，同組治療前后比較差異具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P<0.05）；且治療組這些觀察指標(biāo)的改善程度明顯優(yōu)于對(duì)照組，兩組比較差異具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P<0.05）。治療后，兩組OABSS評(píng)分、OAB-q評(píng)分均明顯下降，同組治療前后比較差異具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P<0.05）；且治療組這些評(píng)分指標(biāo)明顯低于對(duì)照組，兩組比較差異具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P<0.05）。結(jié)論 縮泉膠囊聯(lián)合鹽酸坦索羅辛緩釋膠囊治療膀胱過(guò)度活動(dòng)癥具有較好的臨床療效，能改善臨床癥狀，提升生活質(zhì)量，安全性較好，具有一定的臨床推廣應(yīng)用價(jià)值。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Suoquan Capsules combined with Tamsulosin Hydrochloride Sustained Release Capsules in treatment of overactive bladder. Methods Patients (106 cases) with overactive bladder in Shanghai Qingpu District Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from March 2014 to June 2017 were enrolled in this study. According to the difference treatment plan, patients were randomly divided into the control group (53 cases) and the treatment group (52 cases). Patients in the control group were po administered with Tamsulosin Hydrochloride Sustained Release Capsules after breakfast, 0.2 mg/time, once daily. Patients in the treatment group were po administered with Suoquan Capsules after meal on the basis of the control group, 1.8 g/time, three times daily. Patients in two groups were treated for 8 weeks. After treatment, the clinical efficacies were evaluated, and urination indexes, OABSS scores, and OAB-q scores in two groups were compared. Results After treatment, the clinical efficacies in the control and treatment groups were 84.9% and 92.3%, respectively, and there was difference between two groups (P < 0.05). After treatment, the frequency of 24 h urination, urinary incontinence, urgency, and night urination in two groups were significantly decreased, and the difference was statistically significant in the same group (P < 0.05). And the observational indexes in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group, with significant difference between two groups (P < 0.05). After treatment, OABSS scores and OAB-q scores in two groups were significantly decreased, and the difference was statistically significant in the same group (P < 0.05). And the observational indexes in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group, with significant difference between two groups (P < 0.05). Conclusion Suoquan Capsules combined with Tamsulosin Hydrochloride Sustained Release Capsules has clinical curative effect in treatment of overactive bladder, can improve clinical symptoms, and promote the quality of life, with good safety, which has a certain clinical application value.
