目的 探討清喉利咽顆粒聯(lián)合克拉霉素緩釋片治療慢性咽炎的臨床療效。方法 選取2017年6月-2019年3月在天津醫(yī)科大學中新生態(tài)城醫(yī)院治療的176例慢性咽炎患者，根據(jù)用藥差別分為對照組（88例）和治療組（88例）。對照組口服克拉霉素緩釋片，0.5 g/次，1次/d；治療組在對照組基礎(chǔ)上口服清喉利咽顆粒，5 g/次，3次/d。兩組患者均經(jīng)1周治療。觀察兩組患者臨床療效，同時比較治療前后兩組患者臨床癥狀積分、血清C反應(yīng)蛋白（CRP）、白細胞介素-1β（IL-1β）、血管內(nèi)皮細胞黏附分子1（VCAM-1）、表皮生長因子（EGF）、白細胞介素-2（IL-2）和分泌型免疫球蛋白A（SIgA）水平。結(jié)果 治療后，對照組臨床有效率為81.82%，顯著低于治療組的97.73%，兩組比較差異有統(tǒng)計學意義（P<0.05）。經(jīng)治療，兩組患者臨床癥狀積分均顯著降低（P<0.05），且治療組積分明顯低于對照組（P<0.05）。經(jīng)治療，兩組患者血清CRP、IL-1β和VCAM-1水平明顯降低（P<0.05），血清EGF、IL-2、SIgA水平明顯升高（P<0.05），且治療組這些血清細胞因子水平明顯好于對照組（P<0.05）。結(jié)論 清喉利咽顆粒聯(lián)合克拉霉素緩釋片治療慢性咽炎可有效改善患者臨床癥狀，降低機體炎癥反應(yīng)，具有一定的臨床推廣應(yīng)用價值。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of Qinghou Liyan Granules combined with Clarithromycin Sustained Release Tablets in treatment of chronic pharyngitis. Methods Patients (176 cases) with chronic pharyngitis in SINO-Singapore ECO-City Hospital of Tianjin Medical University from June 2017 to March 2019 were divided into control (88 cases) and treatment (88 cases) groups based on different treatments. Patients in the control group were po administered with Clarithromycin Sustained Release Tablets, 0.5 g/time, once daily. Patients in the treatment group were po administered with Qinghou Liyan Granules on the basis of the control group, 5 g/time, three times daily. Patients in two groups were treated for 1 week. After treatment, the clinical efficacy was evaluated, and the clinical symptom scores, the serum level of CRP, IL-1β, VCAM-1, EGF, IL-2, and SIgA in two groups before and after treatment were compared. Results After treatment, the clinical efficacy in the control group was 81.82%, which was significantly lower than 97.73% in the treatment group, and there were differences between two groups (P < 0.05). After treatment, the clinical symptom scores in two groups were significantly decreased (P < 0.05), and these indexes in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P < 0.05). After treatment, the serum levels of CRP, IL-1β, and VCAM-1 in two groups were significantly decreased (P < 0.05), but the levels of EGF, IL-2 and SIgA were significantly increased (P < 0.05), and these serum cytokine levels in the treatment group were significantly better than that in the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion Qinghou Liyan Granules combined with clarithromycin can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of chronic pharyngitis, reduce inflammation, which has a certain clinical application value.
