[摘要]
目的 探討糖尿樂膠囊聯(lián)合地特胰島素注射液治療2型糖尿病的臨床療效。方法 選取2018年5月-2019年5月在大連市第五人民醫(yī)院治療的2型糖尿病患者86例,根據(jù)用藥的差別分為對照組(43例)和治療組(43例)。對照組皮下注射地特胰島素注射液,0.1~0.2 U/kg/次,1次/d;治療組在對照組基礎(chǔ)上口服糖尿樂膠囊,1.2 g/次,3次/d。兩組患者均治療4周。觀察兩組患者臨床療效,同時比較治療前后兩組患者血糖相關(guān)指標、血清學(xué)指標、血糖波動情況和氧化應(yīng)激指標。結(jié)果 治療后,對照組和治療組臨床有效率分別為81.40%和97.67%,兩組比較差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P<0.05)。經(jīng)治療,兩組患者空腹血糖(FBG)、糖化血紅蛋白(HbA1c)、餐后2 h血糖(2 h PG)、胰島素(FINS)、超敏C反應(yīng)蛋白(hs-CRP)、γ-谷氨酰轉(zhuǎn)移酶(γ-GT)、人顆粒蛋白前體(PGRN)、瘦素(LP)、血糖標準差(SDBG)、平均血糖波動幅度(MAGE)、24 h血糖波動次數(shù)(NGE)、24 h血糖平均絕對差(MODD)和丙二醛(MDA)水平均顯著下降(P<0.05),而脂聯(lián)素(APN)、分泌型卷曲相關(guān)蛋白5(SFRP5)、谷胱甘肽過氧化物酶(GSH-PX)和超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)水平均顯著升高(P<0.05),且治療組這些指標較對照組改善更明顯(P<0.05)。結(jié)論 地特胰島素注射液聯(lián)合糖尿樂膠囊治療2型糖尿病能夠明顯效控制血糖,促進機體氧化應(yīng)激狀態(tài)的改善。

[Abstract]
Objective To explore the clinical effect of Tangniaole Capsules combined with dexter insulin in treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus. Methods Patients (86 cases) with type 2 diabetes mellitus in Dalian Fifth People's Hospital from May 2018 to May 2019 were divided into control (43 cases) and treatment (43 cases) groups based on different treatments. Patients in the control group were sc administered with Dexter Insulin Injection, 0.1-0.2 U/kg/time, once daily. Patients in the treatment group were po administered with Tangniaole Capsules on the basis of the control group, 1.2 g/time, three times daily. Patients in two groups were treated for 4 weeks. After treatment, the clinical efficacy was evaluated, and the glucose related indicators, serological indexes, blood glucose fluctuation and oxidative stress indexes in two groups before and after treatment were compared. Results After treatment, the clinical efficacy and in the control and treatment groups was 81.40% and 97.67% respectively, and there were differences between two groups (P < 0.05). After treatment, the FPG, HbAlc, 2 h PG, FINS, hs-CRP, γ-GT, PGRN, LP, SDBG, MAGE, NGE, MODD and MDA levels in two groups were significantly decreased (P < 0.05), but the APN, SFRP5, GSH-Px, and SOD levels were significantly increased (P < 0.05), and these indexes levels in the treatment group were significantly better than those in the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion Tangniaole Capsules combined with dexter insulin in treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus can effectively control blood glucose, and promote the improvement of oxidative stress.
