目的 探討婦寧膠囊聯(lián)合地屈孕酮片治療月經(jīng)不調(diào)療的臨床療效。方法 選擇2017年4月-2018年4月在成都市雙流區(qū)第一人民醫(yī)院治療的月經(jīng)不調(diào)患者142例，根據(jù)用藥的差別分為對照組（71例）和治療組（71例）。對照組口服地屈孕酮片，10 mg/次，2次/d；治療組在對照組基礎(chǔ)上口服婦寧膠囊，1.4 g/次，2次/d。兩組均于月經(jīng)第5天開始用藥，用藥21 d停藥，此為1個周期，均經(jīng)過2個月經(jīng)周期治療。觀察兩組患者臨床療效，同時比較治療前后兩組患者PBAC、HPS、ChQOL和中醫(yī)癥候評分，以及血清雌二醇（E2）、黃體生成激素（LH）、促卵泡成熟激素（FSH）和孕酮（P）水平。結(jié)果 治療后，對照組臨床有效率為83.10%，顯著低于治療組的97.18%，兩組比較差異有統(tǒng)計學意義（P<0.05）。經(jīng)治療，兩組患者PBAC評分和中醫(yī)癥候評分均顯著降低（P<0.05），但ChQOL評分、HPS評分顯著升高（P<0.05），且以治療組患者這些評分改善更明顯（P<0.05）。經(jīng)治療，兩組患者血清E2、P水平均每組升高（P<0.05），而LH、FSH水平均明顯下降（P<0.05），且以治療組患者改善更明顯（P<0.05）。結(jié)論 婦寧膠囊聯(lián)合地屈孕酮片治療月經(jīng)不調(diào)療可有效改善患者臨床癥狀，改善機體性激素水平，減少月經(jīng)失血量，提高患者生活質(zhì)量。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of Funing Capsules combined with didrogesterone in treatment of menstrual irregularity. Methods Patients (142 cases) with menstrual irregularity in First People's Hospital of Shuangliu District from April 2017 to April 2018 were divided into control (71 cases) and treatment (71 cases) groups based on different treatments. Patients in the control group were po administered with Didrogesterone Tablets, 10 mg/time, twice daily. Patients in the treatment group were po administered with Funing Capsules on the basis of the control group, 1.4 g/time, twice daily. Patients in two groups were treated on the 5th day of menstruation and withdrawn after 21 d, which was one treatment cycle, and they were treated for 2 menstrual cycles. After treatment, the clinical efficacy was evaluated, and the PBAC, HPS, ChQOL and TCM syndrome scores, and the serum levels of E2, LH, FSH and P in two groups before and after treatment were compared. Results After treatment, the clinical efficacy in the control group was 83.10%, which was significantly lower than 97.18% in the treatment group, and there were differences between two groups (P < 0.05). After treatment, the PBAC and TCM syndrome scores in two groups were significantly decreased (P < 0.05), but ChQOL and HPS scores were significantly increased (P < 0.05), and these scores in the treatment group were significantly better than those in the control group (P < 0.05). After treatment, the serum levels of E2 and P in two groups were significantly increased (P < 0.05), but the LH and FSH levels were significantly decreased (P < 0.05), and these indexes in the treatment group were significantly better than those in the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion Funing Capsules combined with didrogesterone in treatment of menstrual irregularity can effectively improve the clinical symptoms, the level of sex hormones, reduce menstrual blood loss, and improve the quality of life.
