目的 分析江蘇省榮軍醫(yī)院2016-2018年活血化瘀類(lèi)中藥注射劑的使用情況，為臨床合理用藥和優(yōu)化藥品管理提供參考。方法 收集江蘇省榮軍醫(yī)院2016-2018年活血化瘀類(lèi)中藥注射劑的使用資料，利用Excel對(duì)藥品金額、科室使用分布、用藥頻度（DDDs）、日均費(fèi)用（DDC）和藥品排序比值（B/A）等進(jìn)行分析。結(jié)果 2016-2018年活血化瘀類(lèi)中藥注射劑的銷(xiāo)售金額和DDDs總體呈下降趨勢(shì)，老年康復(fù)和骨關(guān)節(jié)康復(fù)科使用相對(duì)較多；丹參川芎嗪注射液的選擇性較高，DDC也較高，但B/A值均大于1；丹紅注射液的使用量下降較快，B/A值較低，其余各藥物的B/A值接近于1。結(jié)論 2016-2018年江蘇省榮軍醫(yī)院活血化瘀類(lèi)中藥注射劑的應(yīng)用基本合理，適當(dāng)?shù)母深A(yù)措施有利于此類(lèi)藥品的合理使用。

Objective To analyze the utilization of traditional Chinese medicine injection for promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis in Jiangsu Rongjun Hospital from 2016 to 2018, and to provide reference for rational use and drug management. Methods The usage data of traditional Chinese medicine injection for promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis in Jiangsu Rongjun Hospital from 2016 to 2018 were collected for analysis of drug amount, use of the departments, DDDs, DDC, and B/A by Excel. Results Sales and DDDs of traditional Chinese medicine injection for promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis showed an downward trend from 2016 to 2018, with Department of Geriatric Rehabilitation and Department of Bone and Joint Rehabilitation used more. Danshen Chuanxiongqin Injection had higher selectivity, and DDC was also higher, but B/A values were greater than 1. The usage of Danhong Injection declined rapidly and its B/A value was low. The B/A value of the other drugs were close to 1. Conclusion The application of traditional Chinese medicine injection for promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis in Jiangsu Rongjun Hospital from 2016 to 2018 is basically reasonable. Appropriate interventions are conducive to promoting the rational use of such drugs.
