目的 分析天津市寶坻區(qū)人民醫(yī)院住院患者特殊使用級(jí)抗菌藥物的使用情況，為臨床合理應(yīng)用特殊使用級(jí)抗菌藥物提供參考依據(jù)。方法 從醫(yī)院信息系統(tǒng)調(diào)取天津市寶坻區(qū)人民醫(yī)院2018年1~12月使用特殊使用級(jí)抗菌藥物出院患者的基本信息，分析患者性別、年齡、用藥頻次、銷售金額及構(gòu)成比、用藥總量、用藥頻度（DDDs）等情況。結(jié)果 特殊使用級(jí)抗菌藥物應(yīng)用年齡較多的前兩個(gè)年齡段為60~74、75~89歲；使用頻次最高的為美羅培南（915例），構(gòu)成比為68.39%；2018年特殊使用級(jí)抗菌藥物的銷售金額為430.78萬(wàn)元，構(gòu)成比為41.87%；特殊使用級(jí)抗菌藥物中美羅培南的使用頻率、銷售金額、總消耗量、DDDs及排序均為首位。結(jié)論 2018年天津市寶坻區(qū)人民醫(yī)院特殊使用級(jí)抗菌藥物的使用基本合理，但仍需要進(jìn)一步加強(qiáng)管理。

Objective To analyze the application of special class antibiotic drugs in inpatients of Tianjin Baodi Hospital in 2018, in order to provide reference for rational use of special class antibiotic drugs in clinic. Methods The application data of the special class antimicrobial drugs in inpatients of the Tianjin Baodi Hospital in 2018 was extracted from the hospital information system (HIS). The gender, age, frequency of drug use, consumption sums and constituent ratio, total amounts, and DDDs were recorded and analyzed. Results The first two segments for using special class antibiotic drugs were 60-74 years old and 75-89 years old. Meropenem had the most frequency of usage (915 cases), accounting for 68.39%. In 2018, the total amount of special class antibiotic drugs was 4.307 8 million yuan, accounting for 41.87%. Sales amount, total dosage, DDD, and DDDs of meropenem in special class antibiotic drugs were ranked the first. Conclusion The application of special class antibiotic drugs in inpatients of Tianjin Baodi Hospital in 2018 is basically reasonable, however, further management needs to be strengthened.
