圍繞國(guó)內(nèi)現(xiàn)行相關(guān)法律及監(jiān)管規(guī)章，對(duì)藥品、保健食品、特醫(yī)食品和新資源食品的基本內(nèi)涵、適用范圍、配方組成等進(jìn)行梳理，并對(duì)4類(lèi)物品的監(jiān)管制度進(jìn)行比較分析。旨在幫助人們提高對(duì)4類(lèi)物品的認(rèn)知與分辨能力，提醒生產(chǎn)廠(chǎng)商明確四者相應(yīng)的監(jiān)管要求，杜絕違法違規(guī)行為。

The concept, application scope and formula composition of drug, health food, food for special medical purpose and new resource food from the current national legal are introduced in this paper, and the relevant domestic regulatory systems are made a comparative analysis. The purpose is to help consumers differentiate the four kinds of goods, remind manufacturers to make clear the corresponding regulatory requirements of the four, and put an end to illegal behaviors.
