目的 分析普樂(lè)安片聯(lián)合萘哌地爾治療前列腺增生的臨床效果。方法 選擇2014年3月-2017年3月在焦作市婦幼保健院治療的前列腺增生患者88例，隨機(jī)分為對(duì)照組（44例）和治療組（44例）。對(duì)照組患者口服萘哌地爾片，25 mg/次，1次/d。治療組在對(duì)照組的基礎(chǔ)上口服普樂(lè)安片，4片/次，3次/d。兩組患者均治療30 d。觀察兩組患者臨床療效，同時(shí)比較治療前后兩組患者殘余尿量、尿流速、國(guó)際前列腺癥狀評(píng)分（IPSS）和QOL評(píng)分。結(jié)果 治療后，對(duì)照組和治療組臨床有效率分別為75.00%和93.18%，兩組比較差異具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P<0.05）。治療后，兩組殘余尿量明顯減少（P<0.05），而平均尿流速（Q_ave）和最大尿流速（Q_max）均明顯增加（P<0.05），且治療組殘余尿量和尿流速明顯優(yōu)于對(duì)照組（P<0.05）。治療后，兩組IPSS和QOL評(píng)分均顯著降低（P<0.05），且治療組明顯低于對(duì)照組（P<0.05）。結(jié)論 普樂(lè)安片聯(lián)合萘哌地爾治療前列腺增生患者臨床效果較好，可明顯改善患者排尿情況，優(yōu)化前列腺功能，提高患者生活質(zhì)量。

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of Pulean Tablets combined with napidil in treatment of prostatic hyperplasia. Methods Patients (88 cases) with prostatic hyperplasia in Jiaozuo Maternity and Child Health Care Hospital from March 2014 to March 2017 were randomly divided into control (44 cases) and treatment (44 cases) groups. Patients in the control group were po administered with Naftopidil Tablets, 25 mg/time, once daily. Patients in the treatment group were po administered with Pulean Tablets on the basis of the control group, 4 tablets/time, three times daily. Patients in two groups were treated for 30 d. After treatment, the clinical efficacy was evaluated, and the residual urine volume and urine flow rate, the IPSS and QOL scores in two groups before and after treatment were compared. Results After treatment, the clinical efficacy and in the control and treatment groups was 75.00% and 93.18% respectively, and there were differences between two groups (P<0.05). After treatment, the residual urine volume in two groups was significantly decreased (P<0.05), but Q_ave and Q_max was significantly increased (P<0.05), and the residual urine volume and urine flow rate in the treatment group were significantly better than those in the control group (P<0.05). After treatment, the IPSS and QOL scores in two groups were significantly decreased (P<0.05), and the scores in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Pulean Tablets combined with napidil in treatment of prostatic hyperplasia has good clinical effect, can obviously improve urination, optimize prostate function and improve the quality of life.
