目的 研究丁硼乳膏聯(lián)合奧硝唑片治療慢性牙周炎的臨床療效。方法 選取2018年1月—2019年10月在淅川縣中醫(yī)院治療的80例（140顆患牙）慢性牙周炎患者，將所有患者隨機分為對照組和治療組，每組各40例70顆患牙。對照組患者口服奧硝唑片，2片/次，2次/d。治療組在對照組基礎上在飯后和睡前用丁硼乳膏1 g刷牙，然后將丁硼乳膏1 g擠在患處輕輕撩擦5 min左右，然后漱口。兩組患者持續(xù)治療2周。觀察兩組的臨床療效，比較兩組VAS評分、菌斑指數(shù)、牙齦指數(shù)、牙周附著水平、探針深度；并檢測兩組炎性因子白細胞介素-6（IL-6）、白細胞介素-8（IL-8）、腫瘤壞死因子-α（TNF-α）水平。結果 治療后，治療組總有效率95.00%明顯高于對照組的82.50%（P<0.05）。治療后，兩組VAS評分顯著降低（P<0.05），且治療組VAS評分降低較多（P<0.05）。治療后，兩組患者牙齦指數(shù)、菌斑指數(shù)、探針深度和牙周附著水平明顯降低（P<0.05）；且治療組牙周指標降低較多（P<0.05）。治療后，兩組患者IL-6、IL-8、TNF-α水平均顯著降低（P<0.05）；并且治療組炎性因子水平降低較多（P<0.05）。結論 丁硼乳膏聯(lián)合奧硝唑片治療慢性牙周炎具有較好的治療效果，能夠降低疼痛度，改善牙周指標，降低炎性因子水平，值得在臨床上推廣應用。

Objective To study the curative effect of Dingpeng Cream combined with Ornidazole Tablets in treatment of chronic periodontitis. Methods Patients (80 cases, 140 teeth) with chronic periodontitis in Xichuan Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2018 to October 2019 were randomly divided into control and treatment groups, and each group had 40 cases (70 teeth). Patients in the control group were po administered with Ornidazole Tablets, 2 tablets/time, twice daily. Patients in the treatment group were given Dingpeng Cream on the basis of the control group, brushed teeth with 1g, then brushed the affected area with 1g for about 5 min, then rinsed mouth. Patients in two groups were treated for 2 weeks. After treatment, the clinical efficacies were evaluated, and VAS scores, plaque indexes, gingival indexes, periodontal attachment level, probe depth, and the levels of IL-6, IL-8, and TNF-α in two groups were compared. Results After treatment, the total effective rate of the treatment group (95.00%) was higher than that of the control group (82.50%) (P<0.05). After treatment, the VAS scores of the two groups were significantly decreased (P<0.05), and the VAS score in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group (P<0.05). After treatment, the gingival index, plaque index, probe depth, and periodontal attachment level in the two groups were significantly decreased (P<0.05), and the periodontal indexes in the treatment group was lower than that of the control group (P<0.05). After treatment, the levels of IL-6, IL-8, and TNF-α in the two groups were significantly decreased (P<0.05), and the inflammatory factor indexes in the treatment group was lower than that of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Dingpeng Cream combined with Ornidazole Tablets has clinical curative effect in treatment of chronic periodontitis, can reduce the degree of pain, improve the periodontal index and reduce the level of inflammatory factors, which is worthy of clinical application.
