目的 探討芪明顆粒聯(lián)合羧甲基纖維素鈉滴眼液治療糖尿病超乳術后干眼癥患者的臨床療效。方法 選取2016年6月-2018年6月南陽醫(yī)學高等?？茖W校第一附屬醫(yī)院收治的120例糖尿病超乳術后干眼癥患者，將所有患者根據(jù)隨機數(shù)字表法分為對照組和治療組，每組各60例。對照組給予羧甲基纖維素鈉滴眼液，1~2滴/次。治療組在對照組的基礎上溫水沖服芪明顆粒，1袋/次，3次/d。兩組患者均連續(xù)治療1個月。觀察兩組的臨床療效，比較兩組的眼部癥狀指標、炎性因子水平。結(jié)果 治療后，治療組的臨床總有效率為90.00%，高于對照組的71.67%（P<0.05）。治療后，兩組淚膜破裂時間（BUT）、淚液分泌時間（SIt）均升高，角膜熒光染色（FL）降低（P<0.05），且治療組患者BUT、SIt高于對照組，F(xiàn)L低于對照組（P<0.05）。治療后，兩組白細胞介素-6（IL-6）、腫瘤壞死因子-α（TNF-α）、超敏C反應蛋白（hs-CRP）水平均下降（P<0.05），且治療組低于對照組（P<0.05）。結(jié)論 芪明顆粒聯(lián)合羧甲基纖維素鈉滴眼液治療糖尿病超乳術后干眼癥具有較好療效，可改善患者眼部癥狀，降低炎性因子水平，安全性較好。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Qiming Granules combined with Carboxymethylcellulose Sodium Eye Drops in treatment of xerophthalmia after phacoemulsification of diabetes mellitus. Methods Patients (120 cases) with xerophthalmia after phacoemulsification in the First Affiliated Hospital of Nanyang Medical College from June 2016 to June 2018 were randomly divided into control and treatment groups, and each group had 60 cases. Patients in the control group were given Carboxymethylcellulose Sodium Eye Drops, 1-2 drops/time. Patients in the treatment group were po administered with Qiming Granules on the basis of the control group, 1 bag/time, three times daily. Patients in two groups were treated for 1 month. After treatment, the clinical efficacies were evaluated, and ocular symptom indicators and the levels of inflammatory factors in two groups were compared. Results After treatment, the clinical total effective rate of the treatment group was 90.00%, which was higher than 71.67% of the control group (P < 0.05). After treatment, BUT and Sit in two groups were increased, but FL in the treatment group was decreased in two groups (P < 0.05). And BUT and Sit in the treatment group was higher than those that in the control group, but FL was lower than that in the control group (P < 0.05). After treatment, the levels of IL-6, TNF-α, and hs-CRP in two groups were decreased (P < 0.05), and these indexes in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion Qiming Granules combined with Carboxymethylcellulose Sodium Eye Drops has clinical curative effect in treatment of xerophthalmia after phacoemulsification of diabetes mellitus, can improve the eye symptoms of patients, reduce the level of inflammatory factors.
